Pros of working at Sam's Club

The pros of working at Sam’s Club is you get a free premium membership to shop at the store. You have free education, health therapy and other help related services.

Cons of working at Sam's Club

The only con i really have is the 30 minute lunch it really flies by.

My favorite perks and benefits at sam’s is that i get discounts on a lot of things such as movie tickets, gyms, hotels, rentals, and others. The benefits i like are you can own a share if the company, has great 401k options and more

How did you prepare for the Sam's Club interview?

I prepare for an interview by getting all my thoughts together before hand. Making sure i wake up early enough to make sure i give whomever is interviewing me their attention.

How would you improve Sam's Club's culture?

I would improve Sam’s club by making sure every position is covered so when someone doesn't show or calls out i make sure i have enough personnel to cover so there are no gaps in the organization.

What do you like best about Sam's Club's CEO and the leadership team?

what i like best about the CEO and leadership team is that they always come when called upon they show up. If you need someone to talk to about anything their always there to listen.

How does your compensation at Sam's Club compare to the industry average?

My compensation compared to the industry average is above average. Making just enough to get by though.

What's the diversity at Sam's Club like?

I feel that the diversity if everything is fair and even amongst the employees.

What brings you the most joy at Sam's Club?

What brings me the most joy at work is when i get to do my job without no one looking directly over my shoulder.
