Assist coordinating the daily operations, including biologic product deviation notifications and addressing concerns, to ensure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. 2. Supports the timely management of product level investigation under ARC inventory. 3. Coordinate the identification, control, notification and retrieval of suspect products. 4. Identify suspect products by reviewing donor deferral records 5. Perform retrieval activities related to product complaints including bacterial detection cases. 6.
