Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Savannah, GA. The Warehouse Lead will oversee daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and handling of goods and materials. Key responsibilities will also involve ensuring accurate packing, unloading shipments, supervising team members, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, organized processes while monitoring stock levels and optimizing warehouse space.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Shipping & Receiving processes, with hands-on experience in Packing and Unloading shipments
Proven ability in Inventory Control, ensuring accurate stock levels and optimization of storage space
Experience utilizing warehouse equipment such as a Forklift, cherry picker, and/or turret safely and efficiently
Strong team management and leadership skills, with a focus on effective communication

About the position:
The Warehouse Operations Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring the efficient and compliant operation of MFB's Salisbury and Delmar warehouses. This position oversees daily warehouse and transportation activities, focusing on team performance, process improvement, and operational excellence. The Supervisor collaborates with internal departments, external partners, and government agencies (such as USDA, OSHA, DOT, and DHS) to maintain compliance, meet distribution goals, and uphold inventory accuracy, food safety, and occupational safety standards. This role also participates in the Food Safety, Occupational Safety, and Recall Committees to support MFB's commitment to compliance and continuous improvement.
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, putaway, and partner order fulfillment.
Manage inventory accuracy through effective WMS use and process control.
Monitor and improve cost of delivery and reduce operational waste.
Optimize warehouse space utilization and product flow efficiency.
Oversee routing, load management, and transportation adjustments for timely delivery.
Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, and AIB/OSHA standards.
Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for warehouse and transportation teams.
Maintain proper staffing levels and oversee payroll accuracy.
Lead and support system, SOP, and safety training programs.

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 3 years of direct supervision in warehouse operations and staff management.
Minimum of 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
At least 2 years of experience operating a forklift and other material handling equipment (training certification preferred).
Valid driver's license with an MVR showing no prior DUI/DWI and fewer than 2 points.

How This Role Makes a Difference
As a Team Leader, Warehouse Specialist at Care Access, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse and logistics processes. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the daily activities of the warehouse team, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely and accurate shipments.

How We Work Together
Location: Austin, TX
Travel: This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements. Occasional planned travel may be required as part of the role.

Assist dock supervisor in overseeing the loading, unloading and distribution of donated materials from trailers and trucks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Assist supervisor in the following operations: Establish and maintain an efficient production pace; ensure that established standards of quality and quantity are being met by handlers; organize and monitor work flow on the loading dock and the salvage area; maintain a safe, clean work environment.
Provide work direction by example and oral communication to handlers; oversee the activities of the dock in the absence of the supervisor; provide job and/or safety training to new employees under the direction of the supervisor.
Ensure the maintenance and proper use of equipment, including hand trucks, forklifts, and the dump truck.
Follow/train Red Tag procedures.
Off-load truck and trailers by removing materials and placing in designated areas.
Load trucks by placing materials in designated trucks.
Transport materials to appropriate departments and locations, including transporting waste to the dump (via truck) and moving materials (via forklift).
Determine salability of furniture and large appliances for sale at the retail stores and the Outlets. Recycle unusable metal items into metal salvage container.
SECONDARY DUTIES
Dispose of trash; process textile and cardboard salvage, process metal salvage, including appropriately storing material and/or dispersing it to buyers; perform shoes salvage (storage); clean the dock, bays, storage and dump areas.

Qualifications
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
EDUCATION REQUIRED: High school diploma or equivalent.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION REQ'D: Valid California Class C driver's license and/or forklift certification, or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: One year material handler experience, including six months as a material handler 2, or equivalent.
KNOWLEDGE: Basic math ability.
Material handling techniques and use of material handling equipment.
Familiarity with Goodwill Central Coast's mission, general Company policies and procedures (this may be learned on-the-job).

JOB SETTING
Work is performed on covered, but unenclosed dock area. The temperature and exposure to elements will fluctuate depending on weather conditions. Dust and dirt is controlled by daily cleaning of work area. There are occasional fumes from the trucks. There is occasional handling of household toxic products received in donations. Work is completed independently but in cooperation with whole department. There is occasional contact with public who donate at the dock. The noise volume is moderately high throughout the day depending on the amount of activity, equipment and vehicles in operation and radio operation. Material handling equipment (forklift, hand truck, movable containers/racks) and trucks may be operated in or near work area.
The job includes occasionally walking on uneven ground when going up and down ramps; otherwise, ground/work surface is even.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

How This Role Makes a Difference
The Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming/outgoing stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, organizing warehouse materials, and retrieving stock and other equipment from offsite locations. The Warehouse Specialist will ensure accuracy of all stock entering our Warehouse Management System (WMS). Responsibilities
· Process production orders and incoming material in a timely manner, following all accepted Company procedures. Prepares work orders by processing parts requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in staging area

UOVO seeks a full-time Art Handler/Driver to support day-to-day transportation and offsite activities out of Aspen warehouse. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience working with storage/collection management knowledge and will be comfortable moving a wide range of art objects. The driver will report to the Warehouse Manager.
Core Responsibilities
Proper handling of art objects, using the appropriate methods and materials for packaging, loading & securing for safe transport
Install/de-install artworks in-house or at offsite locations, often troubleshooting and utilizing critical thinking to solution scope changes
Preparation and careful execution of paperwork, including bills of lading, labels, driver logs, and detailed condition reports with accompanying photos if necessary
Receive and release shipments into warehouse facilities
Pack artworks for local, national and international transportation and storage
Maintain compliance with all local, state, DOT regulations
Support to internal teams, as needed
Weekend, overtime, and holiday work may be necessary; therefore, schedule flexibility is required
Other projects as assigned by Manager
Qualifications & Skills
Team Player, able to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented and dynamic environment
Demonstrated knowledge of installation, packing and art handling

Coordinates the processing, loading of personnel and cargo based on deployment plans, and aircraft schedules. Performs passenger service duties to ensure quality customer service and compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, Defense Transportation Regulations. Briefs troop commander IAW anti-hijacking procedures, and ensures all hand carried items are within established weight and size restrictions. Provides passengers with flight information/delays. Primary purpose of the work is to provide air transportation cargo/personnel support services within a secure military deployment area.
Reports to the designated aircraft-loading zone, which may be classified as a secure area. Conducts visual review/inspection of military service members to ascertain compliance with regulations/guides governing the transport of carry-on items aboard an aircraft. Gives special attention to special items such as medical supplies or items classified as hazardous material to verify proper container use, labels, shipping records etc. Reports violations to authorities as prescribed by applicable laws, regulations or guides. May operate a variety of materials handling equipment such as forklifts, to load or relocate cargo. Responsible for physical security of passengers in the loading zone along with the inspection of items to be loaded onto the aircraft. Visually inspects items for proper packaging, marking, labeling and placarding. Reviews shipping paper accompanying cargo/baggage for accurate descriptions and complete record of items to be transported. Ensures the deploying unit adheres to the established movement timetable. Performs other duties as required. Extensive interaction with the customer is required. Work requires long strenuous hours, and being able to work an uncommon tour of duty including nights, weekends and holidays. Work requires standing, walking, lifting and carrying of papers and other materials. Must be able to work under pressure. Must comply with published Company work rules. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to comply with OSHA, EPA, Fire Regulations, and Company Rules.
A basic knowledge of transportation functions, programs, regulations and guides based on training and experience in order to perform the cargo weighing/inspection duties. Knowledge of safety and security regulations, methods and procedures in order to maintain and comply with standards and levels of safety and security which can affects the loading of personnel and equipment. Skill in written and oral communication in order to compose and/or present information in required format. Ability to operate a motor vehicle in order to report to designated aircraft operations areas from administrative office work-site. Job Summary
The Warehouse Specialist performs a variety of warehousing duties that require an understanding of the establishment's storage plan. Work involves most of the following: verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, noting, and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages, routing materials to prescribed storage locations; storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods, rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials, examining stored materials, and reporting deterioration and damage, removing material from storage, and preparing it for shipment. This worker may operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties.
Responsibilities:

Performs a variety of warehousing duties which require an understanding of TAB's storage plan.
Verifying materials and/or merchandise against receiving documents, noting, and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages.
Count incoming stock for verification and after classification of the product.
Fold and/or package product according to specifications
May operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties
Verify correctness by comparing items and quantities against placard and SCALE; checking for damaged goods; insuring that goods are appropriately identified for routing to warehouse locations; preparing and keeping records of goods received.
Count quantities of materials, parts, or products received.
Confirm stock in the correct location with the proper condition code, and with the correct quantity.
Perform cycle counts weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
Counting all inventory to know the exact quantity in the entire warehouse (usually performed annually)
Noting and reporting discrepancies in a timely manner.
Ensure production orders are pulled correctly, properly documented, and placed in the designated location for pick up.
Inspect product load for accuracy and safely move it around the warehouse.
Maintain and operate all TAB equipment and property in accordance with accepted TAB practices.
Transfer product from different locations in the warehouse.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Mechanically load or unload materials from with electric pallet jack.
May operate hand or power trucks
Preserves safe and clean work environment
Complies with and assists other employees understand and comply with TAB's Safety and Security policies and guidelines.
