There’s a lot of hours to go around and no management is watching so you can pretty much get away with anything and nobody will notice
Terrible management. Pd is immature, jealous and devious. She works all day to make other women’s lives miserable. The ones that she’s intimidated by . Even the clients.
I can do what I want and nobody is watching . The place is a zoo

By getting toxic people out and start establishing boundaries as well as actively enforce company rules and regulations. Get rid of management and hire new people.
I simply answered all questions honestly
It’s pretty decent but if they see your doing better then them they will hate keep the overtime so you won’t make anything extra

I’m not sure how to answer that question anymore.theres nothing good about that nursing home anymore. The only reason why I like it cause I love the residents so much there my family.
