    Details We have a CONTINGENT opportunity working with refugee youth in Lansing, MI. Come work with our older youth in a family home like environment! Hourly Wage $15.00 Hourly. You must be 21 years' of age or older to be eligible for this role. This program prepares our older youth for independent living as they transition to adulthood. We are looking for experienced adult staff that can help our youth between the ages of 17 and 18 while they learn the skills they need to transition into independent living. Mentoring is a important and large part of the daily responsibilities of this position. This position is a home monitor to assist our older youth with daily life responsibilities such as; assistance around the home, homework questions, meal prep, occasional transporting youth to work, appointments, and other events. This opening is providing general assistance to our youth and providing an adult in our homes to supervise, keep our youth safe in their home environment and assist with daily living skills.
