The Sammons Enterprises story began in 1938, when Charles A. Sammons founded Reserve Life Insurance Company in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Sammons believed in working hard, investing for the long term, and rewarding the people who worked for him. His core values continue to be reflected in the operations of the enterprise today, which is proudly employee-owned.
Sammon’s ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) allows each employee to share in the value created, no matter what role they hold. It offers increased retirement savings while fostering loyalty and commitment to the business—and each other.
Sammons continues to grow, but currently maintains long-term investments in the financial services, industrial, infrastructure, real estate and investment sectors, while remaining committed to the philosophies of their founder.
