They will also perform repairs on existing tooling to modify the tooling based on requirements. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in running manual and CNC machining equipment with a wide variety of materials. These duties will be performed within safety, quality, and production standards. The ideal candidate must be a proactive solutions-provider, adept at identifying challenges and implementing effective strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Make new tooling (Foundry Patterns and Core Box) by machining different material using manual machining equipment like lathe, horizontal and vertical milling machines. Perform regular repairs and modifications on existing tooling. Set and run CNC machining equipment. Support tooling repair and modification for Injection molding and blow moldings tools. Support other machining requirements from different operational departments. Assemble pattern sections using hand tools, bolts, screws, rivets, glue, and/or welding equipment.
