The MIS Analyst must develop relationships and communication channels to ensure status feedback and cooperation among these groups and will ensure that all services are performed professionally, delivering complete customer satisfaction. The MIS Analyst handles day-to-day operation of their designated systems including work-flow and availability of the applications. Provides communication to impacted areas regarding Go lives, upgrades, template changes, work-flow changes with the affected areas. Analyst will resolve help desk tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent discipline is desired but not required. Equivalent experience and knowledge is acceptable in lieu of a degree.
1-year exposure to the healthcare industry or applicable area of concentration required.
Firm knowledge of information systems and system analytics.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report troubleshooting ability.
Hours:
Minimum 40-hour work week. Rotating weekly call required. Flex schedules and shift work are possible during implementation. May be required to work other hours for effective department operations.
