Samson Resources CEO and leadership

Seasoned Senior Executive that has led large, mid size and privately held companies. Currently President and CEO of Samson Resources II, LLC, a large E&P company controlling over 150,000 net acres in the Powder River and Basin of Wyoming, focused on maximizing shareholder value by drilling and producing oil, natural gas and NGL's.

Mr. Mills founded and was CEO of Montierra Minerals, a privately held company backed by private equity and focused on acquiring, managing and exploiting fee mineral positions in the U.S. Mr. Mills also led a large publicly traded Master Limited Partnership, Eagle Rock Energy Partners, as the Chairman and CEO and focused on acquiring and growing Midstream and Upstream assets in the U.S.

Mr Mills has extensive public company management experience and strong governance and Board experience and background. Mr Mills is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Riviera Resources, an E&P Company. Mr Mills is also a member of the University of Houston Energy Advisory Board.

Josh Anders is a Chief Financial Officer at Samson Resources and is based in Houston, Minnesota. He has worked as Senior Director, Corporate Accounting and Midstream Accounting at SOUTHWESTERN ENERGY CO; VP/Dir:Finance/Controller at SOUTHWESTERN ENERGY CO; and Chief Financial Officer at Adams Resources & Energy Inc. Josh attended University of Houston, Texas A&M University - Mays Business School, and Louisiana State University - LSU.
