Quality Assurance Professional is responsible for Infra Technology Construction (ITC) Quality control management program for multi-billion industrial manufacturing construction project. Ensure ITC Quality Control Program design and construction complies with the requirements of applicable codes, drawings and specifications. Role Overview
The Director of Sales will lead all sales and revenue-generation activities for ROOST Rainey at Paseo. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and managing a high-performing sales team (internal or external as appropriate), monitoring market and competitor activity, forging strategic partnerships, and working cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Revenue Management and Method Co.'s leadership to achieve property performance goals. The Director will report to the General Manager and act as the ambassador for the ROOST brand in the Austin market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for ROOST Rainey: target extended-stay occupancy, corporate accounts, group/contract business and ancillary revenue streams.
Set and manage monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets (units leased, occupancy %, revenue per unit, etc) in alignment with business plans, and track performance vs. forecast.
Build, lead, coach and motivate the sales/leasing team: provide training on brand standards, customer journey, closing techniques, CRM usage, pipeline management and reporting.
Manage pipeline and lead generation efforts: collaborate with Marketing to drive digital leads, onsite tours, referral programs, community outreach, corporate partnerships, relocation firms, etc.

Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive sales experience in hospitality/extended-stayenvironment; prior director/senior leadership level preferred.

Strong knowledge of downtown urban residential markets (ideally Austin or major US market), luxury product, extended-stay and/or serviced-apartment segment.

VFD/PLC Technician responsible for the operation and maintenance of Variable Frequency Drives to control rotating equipment across the site and SCADA components related to the on-site waste water treatment facility. The current base salary range for this role is between $26.80 - $60.40.
