Role and Responsibilities Reporting to the Sr. Director I, Strategy and Planning for T-Mobile Accounts, the Director, Strategy & Analytics will be a strategic leader helping to define the strategic vision, driving data-driven decision-making and execution across the organization. Responsible for cross functional development of bottoms up annual MP planning cycle. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization, promoting collaboration and effective communication across departments. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, fostering their professional growth and development. Skills and Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business or economics. Master degree preferred A minimum of 12 years of experience in strategy consulting or a similar role, preferably within the mobile industry. Strong analytical skills and fluency working with MS office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
