Position Overview
The head of Mobile Enhancements (ME) will be responsible for the performance, category management, development, and execution of the ME productmanagement portfolio. The Mobile ME Management strategy will focus on hardware platform product requirements, device launch, software updates, Voice of the Customer, building strategies, and providing technical/sales enablement for all consumer and enterprise channels, through direct and indirect channels. About the Opportunity

Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain the product data repository, including images, videos, and PDF attachments such as submittals and MSDS sheets.
Gather, input, and ensure the accuracy and quality of all product data.
Take clear, high-quality product photos for online use and internal documentation.
Perform online product merchandising and cross-merchandising.
Collaborate with the Purchasing team to ensure all current inventory is accurately represented and available online.
Work with the Marketing team to provide accurate and up-to-date product data for marketing materials.
Assist the Customer Service team with incoming phone calls as needed.
Required Experience & Skills:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Willingness to learn about the HVAC industry.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional written communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand on two feet, walk, twist, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch for extended periods (up to 8 hours or more a day).
Ability to read, speak, write and comprehend instructions given by management.
Must be able to consistently lift up to 50 lbs. Anything over 50 lbs. require assistance.

Your Role at Sephora
As Director of Sample Strategy, you'll lead the strategic vision and execution of Sephora's best-in-class sampling programs. Duties and Responsibilities
Drive annual and monthly sample planning processes, including risk escalation and prioritization.
Oversee tool/system training and enhancements for efficient execution.
Lead program performance reviews and share actionable insights to inform future strategies.
Maintain quarterly dashboards and partner with Analytics to optimize ROI and program performance.
Collaborate with Brand Investment, Analytics, and Tech teams to develop reporting tools and resources.
Act as business lead for Smart Samples and PDP programs; manage tech work for optimal client experience.
Provide quarterly/ad hoc reporting and recommendations for program improvements.
Support budget management and strategic initiatives with Senior Director.
Develop and mentor three direct and one indirect report.
Build strong cross-functional partnerships across marketing, merchandising, dotcom, loyalty, finance, and operations.

The annual base salary range for this position is $174,675.00- $195,000.00. Ecommerce
Lead development of the Ecommerce strategy and forecast revenue targets across channels.
Define and optimize landing page architecture, ensuring alignment with brand and performance goals.
Own and implement the SEO strategy to drive organic traffic and visibility.
Build and manage an A/B testing roadmap to improve conversion and user experience.
Develop and maintain the site roadmap across key surfaces (Upper Funnel, Home Page, Landing Pages, PDPs).
Own content and copy needs, ensuring storytelling and product information drive engagement and sales.
Analyze ecommerce performance metrics (Conversion, Traffic, AOV, UPO, ASP, Return Rate, Bounce Rate, etc.) and report insights to leadership.
Conduct user research, session tracking, and journey mapping to identify friction points and opportunities.
Lead a direct report responsible for product setup, merchandising, campaign management, and site content execution.
Partner with Marketing to manage the Digital P&L, optimizing revenue, spend, and profitability.
Collaborate with Technology to guide the digital product lifecycle, from ideation to launch of site features and functions.
Align with Marketing & Merchandising on the Promotional Calendar for campaigns and activations.
Contribute to CRM strategy, ensuring seamless landing page flow and consumer engagement.
Inform performance marketing and influencer strategies to enhance product storytelling and conversion.
Requirements/Skills:
10+ years of progressive experience in product strategy, ecommerce, or merchandising within consumer goods, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
Proven track record of driving revenue and margin growth through product and digital strategies.
Deep understanding of ecommerce metrics, UX principles, and conversion optimization.
Strong financial acumen, including experience managing P&Ls and gross margin targets.
Exceptional cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
Experience leading and developing teams.
Proficiency with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau).

The Sr Manager, ProductManagement (Watch & Ring) is responsible for developing product portfolio strategy, defining target segmentation, building product positioning and plays a critical role with bringing products to market.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead the Samsung Watch & Ring product portfolio for the U.S. market, including feature roadmap, user experience, performance, and long-term vision
Create and own the product positioning document for each product in the portfolio
Become an integral part of go-to-market plans for all Watch & Ring product launches and contribute to the development of messaging, marketing toolkits, media plans, and creative campaigns
Collaborate across product categories to build holistic launch plans, sustain initiatives, and seasonal campaigns, including investment planning
Drive PR/Legal validation of marketing toolkits, product claims, and feature/service descriptions
Lead the product story for Watch & Ring during product sell-in to customers
Collaborate and influence global product planning and product marketing teams to build plans that support US-focused strategies
Partner with marketing to translate global brand and product positioning into communications and opportunities relevant in the US
Guide the Insights team to develop data-driven research and recommendations for audience targeting, positioning, messaging and go-to-market
Drive alignment between product strategy and marketing strategy
Work with cross-functional teams to build KPIs on an annual and quarterly basis that are aligned to business and organizational goals
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field and 8+ years of relevant experience
Experience with Microsoft Standard Office Suite and extensive use of presentation software within a Windows/NT LAN/WAN network environment
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in business and 6+ years of related experience
Prior experience working in a consumer product team and interacting with marketing teams for go-to-market planning and new product introduction
