Role and Responsibilities
Role Overview
This role is the single-threaded owner for Samsung's smartphone launches and most critical Key Buying Moments (KBMs) on Samsung.com, responsible for translating global product vision into clear commercial and customer decisions for the U.S. DTC business, leading cross-functional teams and owning outcomes across revenue, margin, inventory, and customer experience.
You will own the end-to-end go-to-market lifecycle - from early strategy and offer design through launch execution and post-launch optimization. The role carries high visibility and accountability with direct influence on commercial outcomes, customer experience, and brand perception, as well as responsibility for launches being strategically designed, commercially sound, and flawlessly executed.
Position in the Organization
This role operates in close partnership with Product, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, E-Commerce, Pricing, Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics, and Legal, and acts as the integrator and decision owner for smartphone GTM on samsung.com. You will lead cross-functional planning, run and brainstorming and decision forums, and partner closely with director, VP and SVP-level stakeholders across the organization.
This role is designed for a leader who can set the strategy and operate the machine, balancing long-term GTM vision with the intensity and rigor required to deliver during high-stakes launches and peak commercial moments.

Own the full GTM lifecycle for smartphone launches and Key Buying Moments on Samsung.com, from early strategy through post-event optimization
Serve as the single point of accountability for GTM outcomes across revenue, margin, mix, inventory, and customer experience
Define clear success metrics, decision principles, and trade-offs for each launch and KBM
GTM Strategy & Integrated Planning
Translate global product and brand strategy into U.S. samsung.com GTM plans for launches and KBMs

Skills and Qualifications
8-12+ years in go-to-market, category management, commercial leadership, or strategy.
Proven ownership of complex, high-stakes launches and peak commercial events with measurable revenue impact
Experience in large, matrixed organizations

Strong exposure to e-commerce and/or consumer electronics
