Position Summary
This Learning & Development Professional designs, delivers, and continually improves EHS-centric learning programs, leveraging instructional design and data‑driven insights to meet regulatory standards and enhance employee performance across the organization. Skills and Qualifications
Here's what you'll need:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design, or Organizational Development.
Minimum 5 years' experience.
Experience managing an enterprise Learning Management System (LMS) or working with LMS administrators
Strong basic office computer skills (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
Experience creating eLearning courses using Articulate 360, including Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyboard.
Strong preference for experience at a semiconductor manufacturing (FAB) facility.
Knowledge of instructional design principles and concepts, including adult learning models, evidence-based training practices, and training design & development models (ADDIE, etc.).
Demonstrated experience creating high-quality technical training activities and instructional content that can be standardized to reduce development and maintenance time and deliver exceptional user experiences.
The current base salary range for this role is between $57,760 - $127,770. Individual base pay rates will depend on factors including duties, work location, education, skills, qualifications and experience. Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.

In your role as a Control Room Operator (CRO) is part of the primary response team for Infra Electrical. You'll work alongside a second CRO, will monitor and control the electrical distribution system in the CCR (Central Control Room) via eFMCS (Electrical Facilities Monitoring & Control System).
