VP of Manufacturing (2022- current) is a massive bully., excessive monthly reporting, leadership words do not align with how they really operate.

What brings you the most joy at Samuel, Son & Co?

Before the 2018 acquisition it was nice, many years of growth both personally and professionally. Post acquisition was a train wreck. No real strategic plan

Samuels compensation is fair. Most managers make over $200k per hear but AIP falls short even if you are far exceeding expectation.
