Employment Details This is a part-time, non-benefited position, limited to 999 hours per fiscal year. Part-Time Police Officers are employees of the San Angelo Police Department and are paid directly by the City of San Angelo; however, the position is not covered under Civil Service. Key Responsibilities Maintain a highly visible, active law enforcement presence in the City. Prevent and respond to incidents of criminal activity, violence, and disruption. Enforce federal, state, and local laws. Complete incident reports and documentation as required by the SAPD. Attend meetings, trainings, and evaluations as scheduled.
