Support the hospital in managing disputes or litigation related to technology vendors, data breaches, intellectual property claims, and other technology-related matters. Coordinate with litigation counsel as needed. Education and Training: Provide ongoing education to staff and leadership on legal implications of technology adoption, emerging regulatory requirements, and evolving risks in the health technology landscape.
