Schedules provided approximately 10 days before scheduled shift. * Initial 30-60 days onsite after training has been completed before transitioning to hybrid model. * PGE Employees are expected to work during major outages. When we have many customers without power, there will be times when you are expected to report for outage duty. These can be 12-hour shifts and can include weekends and holidays as the Contact Center is staffed 24/7. Please note any hours over 40 hours per work week is considered overtime and PGE pays overtime at double time. Preferred Qualifications + Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Trimble Business Center. + Experience and thorough skills in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint and OneDrive. + Experience with processing scan data and modeling from point clouds. + Experience reading and interpreting engineering plans and construction documents. + Experience in land boundary and knowledge of U.S. Public Land Survey System. + Experience in researching recorded documents and maps.
