Essential Functions
Provide linkage to behavioral health treatment and other resources for identified individuals in the community
Initiate contact with referrals from community partners and organizations.
Uphold regular contact with clients to maintain rapport.
Work with community partners and organizations to coordinate community outreach efforts.
Represent CompDrug at community events such as community baby showers and family resource fairs.
Host and participate in community partner meetings in person or virtually.

Ensure grant deliverables are met.

Position works in the office, in the field represents CompDrug at events in the community - this includes walking, sitting, standing. This position receives deliveries and packages of supplies in boxes and bags weighing up to 30 pounds. This position also gathers supplies, loads into a cart, loads cart into vehicle, unloads and pushes or pulls cart to booths at events - sets display tables, which includes crouching down, stretching and using fingers, arms and hands to manipulate objects. The Adolescent Mental Health Therapist provides high-quality, evidence-based mental health services to adolescents and their families. Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and diagnostic evaluations
Provide individual, group, and family therapy using developmentally appropriate and culturally responsive interventions
Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans with measurable goals aligned to client strengths, needs, and progress
Monitor and document client progress according to professional standards and agency policies
Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, school personnel, and other providers to ensure continuity of care
Respond to crisis situations with appropriate de-escalation and safety interventions

Design and deliver engaging process, psychoeducational and skills groups focused on emotional regulation, coping skills, and mental wellness
Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists to provide integrated mental health care
Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning
Coordinate care with families, referral sources, and external providers as appropriate
Demonstrates commitment to excellent patient care, which is measured through clinical outcomes, such as patient retention, attendance, successful program completion, transitioning from IOP, OP
Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely
Qualifications What You Bring:
You are a thoughtful, clinically strong therapist who values both empathy and accountability.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of direct clinical experience providing mental health treatment
Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
Active independent licensure:
MD: LICSW, LCPC, LMFT
Strong working knowledge of CBT, DBT, ACT, and trauma-informed care
EMDR experience is highly preferred
Comfort using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Compensation & Schedule
Salary Range:
$70,000-$105,000 annually
Incentive Compensation:
This position is eligible for additional commission-based compensation tied to clinical group participation and engagement. Therapists earn additional compensation for each participant in their assigned therapy groups.
Total Compensation:
With consistent group census and strong clinical outcomes, total annual compensation is expected to range from $70,000-$105,000, with the potential for high performers to earn more based on group volume and engagement.
