Cleans, disinfects, sanitizes and maintain kitchen equipment and work areas to be clean and organized. Is also responsible for cleaning restaurant dining areas and utensils. Operates in representation of the Stewarding team's best in class culture, while championing the goals and priorities of the Tribe in a manner that reflects and upholds the Tribal Community's vision, mission and values. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing various kitchen equipment, including china, glassware, flatware, and smallware, following established procedures to meet current guidelines and regulations. Conducts and maintains the cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting of all kitchen equipment, including but not limited to stoves, ovens, grills, broilers, fryers, refrigerators, tables, and all stainless-steel surfaces. 2. Responsible for overall cleanliness, organization, and preparedness of immediate workspace and assigned areas following procedures in place. Maintains cleanliness in the kitchen area by sweeping, brushing, and mopping floors. Cleans FRP walls, ceiling tiles, light fixtures, and air vents. Cleans the dish machine and three-compartment sinks throughout the shift by emptying water, cleaning all screens and drapes, and cleaning the inside of the machine, including all water tanks. Sorts and removes trash and garbage, placing them in designated containers. Cleans out garbage cans following the approved method. 3. Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. Sets up dining area for service. Cleans all tables, counters and floors of dining area during and after service. Assist in setup, servicing and breakdown of special functions. Removes soiled linen from kitchen area and places in designated area. 4. Assists and completes special projects assigned in a timely manner. Assists in food preparation per business demands. Assists team members as assigned by management on duty. 5. Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department. This senior position requires mastery of the systems utilized in directing emergency calls, including radio systems, the Computer-aided dispatch system (CAD), the enhanced 9-1-1 application, records management systems, recording equipment, and various transmitting and receiving devices. This position utilizes multiple communications systems to efficiently coordinate emergency calls, relay vital information and assistance, and directly manage requests involving law enforcement agencies and other emergency response personnel. Additionally, this role ensures timely notifications are made in accordance with predetermined plans across all Departments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Uses multiple communications systems to coordinate emergency calls and relay information and assistance requests involving law enforcement, fire, emergency services, and other Enterprise Departments. Conducts immediate public safety threat analysis, coordinating with law enforcement, and Enterprise Departments. Broadcasts all immediate public safety emergencies and Be On the Look Out (BOLO) information across all radio channels, and enters data into the CAD system. 2. Receives, screens, enters, dispatches, and monitors a high volume of emergency and non-emergency calls for service through the CAD system for the Enterprise, Tribal community, Fire, Law Enforcement and other emergency services. Tracks availability status of all Public Safety Units: maintains regular contact with all units on emergency and non-emergency assignments, maintains and tracks the current location of Public Safety units, accurately maintains, and updates daily computerized log of all Enterprise field/ facility/units/officers dispatched. 3. Monitors emergency alarm systems and accurately reads, interprets, inputs, and relays information obtained from the Enterprise, employees, customers, and other law enforcement/public safety personnel into the CAD software. Makes appropriate risk and safety notifications across the Enterprise. Analyzes recorded and of non-gaming activities to identify suspicious activities that may pose a risk to employees, vendors, guests, Tribal Community or Casino/Resort/Offsite operations. Accurately inputs and relays information obtained from various sources into the CAD, making necessary risk and safety notifications across the enterprise. 4. Determines the number of public safety units, and which units, to dispatch by considering such factors as time of day, description, location of calls, units available, and probable degree of hazard to Tribal Citizens, the Public, and the responding untis; following established procedures to coordinate emergency calls and relay information and assistance requests by other law enforcement agencies. 5. Assists in enhancing Community Safety; which may include Tribal Elder checks during power outages to screen for possible medical or other emergency assistance; handles Tribal community dispatch services of animal control environmental factors, and beekeepers. 6. Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or GED required. Associate degree in criminal justice related field preferred. Minimum three (3) years' of experience in high volume customer service environment; including dealing with the public in stressful situations is required. Prior Law enforcement or Fire Emergency Dispatch experience strongly preferred. Must be 21 years of age. Counts and assemble laundered items on cart or linen truck; record amount of linen and uniforms to fill requisition and transport items to floors, sort and store laundered items on shelves after verifying quantity and type and examine laundered items to ensure cleanliness and serviceability. 2. Conducts inventory to identify items for replacement, keep linen room in clean and orderly condition, Prepare dirty linens for return to laundry facility, and segregate, count and record number of soiled items, etc. for repair or laundry, and place items in appropriate containers or shelves.
