Utilizes advanced diagnostic, analytical, and technical expertise to extract actionable insights from gaming machine behavior, ensuring precision in revenue tracking through comprehensive mastery of network architectures, communication protocols, and system integrations. Administers and optimizes diverse operating systems and hardware environments, applying deep systems knowledge to maintain seamless connectivity and data integrity. 4. Resolves complex hardware malfunctions involving circuitry, voltage regulation, and power distribution, ensuring sustained performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance in mission-critical gaming infrastructures. Collaborates with vendors to determine fault attribution, distinguishing between game component failures and machine-level malfunctions. 5. Manages and configurations and for over 115,000 software assets and 8,000+ gaming and peripheral devices, including slot machines, kiosks, progressive controllers, media players, and shufflers, by conducting audits, validating configurations, and resolving discrepancies within service-level timelines. 6. Collaborates cross-functionally with internal departments (e.g., Table Games, IT, Slots) to coordinate device swaps, conduct software testing, verify critical settings, and support regulatory audits through detailed documentation and alignment. 7. Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS * High School Diploma or GED required. * Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology (IT) or Engineering preferred. * Minimum two (2) years of experience in Technology or Engineering, preferably in the Gaming industry or Regulatory/Compliance, required.
