    Under the direction of the Manager, Interactive Graphic - Property Marketing, the Interactive Graphic Designer - Property Marketing assists in conceptualizing and developing appropriate design solutions for creative projects. This position guides approved brand designs from concept to completion of the finished product. This role produces other looks and deliverables for various property marketing needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * This is an onsite position 5 days per week in Highland, CA. There are no remote or hybrid options. 1. Provides support with interactive communication platforms on property, including but not limited to, Light - emitting diode (LED) pillars and signs, kiosks, Television (TV) screens, in-venue digital displays, exterior LEDs, elevator screens, hotel in-room TVs, back of house TVs, etc. Produces digital placement on TV screens and LED "eye candy" screens around property. 2. Creates visual concepts and design (animated or static) to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. Conceptualizes and creates intuitive, engaging and brand consistent content. Formats videos for entertainment venues, creates pre-show loops, and manages in-venue LEDs. 3. Adheres to brand guidelines for creating, submitting, and uploading design files. Maintains strict filing procedures for images and/or file resources. Contributes to meetings with internal Property Marketing leadership to align on current priorities. 4. Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree in related field is required. * Minimum two (2) years of graphic design experience and/or interactive/animation work required. * Related, relevant, and/or direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirements indicated above. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA) * Motion graphics/3D animation knowledge (Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or other 3D programs) is preferred. * Proficient in popular graphic industry software, including but not limited to, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects or similar programs is required. * Online (digital) and offline (print) design experience is required. * Basic knowledge of video editing (Final Cut Pro, Premiere or AVID), Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Workfront is preferred.     Under the direction of the Manager, Dispatch Shift , the Public Safety Dispatcher II will play a crucial role in supporting the Department of Public Safety (DPS) and other departments. This senior position requires mastery of the systems utilized in directing emergency calls, including radio systems, the Computer-aided dispatch system (CAD), the enhanced 9-1-1 application, records management systems, recording equipment, and various transmitting and receiving devices. This position utilizes multiple communications systems to efficiently coordinate emergency calls, relay vital information and assistance, and directly manage requests involving law enforcement agencies and other emergency response personnel. Additionally, this role ensures timely notifications are made in accordance with predetermined plans across all Departments. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Uses multiple communications systems to coordinate emergency calls and relay information and assistance requests involving law enforcement, fire, emergency services, and other Enterprise Departments. Conducts immediate public safety threat analysis, coordinating with law enforcement, and Enterprise Departments. Broadcasts all immediate public safety emergencies and Be On the Look Out (BOLO) information across all radio channels, and enters data into the CAD system. 2. Receives, screens, enters, dispatches, and monitors a high volume of emergency and non-emergency calls for service through the CAD system for the Enterprise, Tribal community, Fire, Law Enforcement and other emergency services. Tracks availability status of all Public Safety Units: maintains regular contact with all units on emergency and non-emergency assignments, maintains and tracks the current location of Public Safety units, accurately maintains, and updates daily computerized log of all Enterprise field/ facility/units/officers dispatched. 3. Monitors emergency alarm systems and accurately reads, interprets, inputs, and relays information obtained from the Enterprise, employees, customers, and other law enforcement/public safety personnel into the CAD software. Makes appropriate risk and safety notifications across the Enterprise. Analyzes recorded and of non-gaming activities to identify suspicious activities that may pose a risk to employees, vendors, guests, Tribal Community or Casino/Resort/Offsite operations. Accurately inputs and relays information obtained from various sources into the CAD, making necessary risk and safety notifications across the enterprise. 4. Determines the number of public safety units, and which units, to dispatch by considering such factors as time of day, description, location of calls, units available, and probable degree of hazard to Tribal Citizens, the Public, and the responding untis; following established procedures to coordinate emergency calls and relay information and assistance requests by other law enforcement agencies. 5. Assists in enhancing Community Safety; which may include Tribal Elder checks during power outages to screen for possible medical or other emergency assistance; handles Tribal community dispatch services of animal control environmental factors, and beekeepers. 6. Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS * High School Diploma or GED required. * Associate degree in criminal justice related field preferred. * Minimum three (3) years' of experience in high volume customer service environment; including dealing with the public in stressful situations is required. * Prior Law enforcement or Fire Emergency Dispatch experience strongly preferred. * Must be 21 years of age. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSA) * Ability to multi-task, lead and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with demonstrated organizational and time management skills. * Must maintain a strict level of confidentiality and act in a manner consistent with all legal and regulatory requirements and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. * Must have excellent written and verbal communication. Leads a team of HR professionals responsible for the resolution of sensitive employee relations matters, overseeing the administration of the collective bargaining agreements, and ensuring consistent application of policies and practices across the enterprise. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Manages the investigation lifecycle thorough impartial investigations into employee complaints, workplace misconduct, and policy violations, ensuring timely resolution, confidentiality, and compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. Conducts complex investigations in consultation with the Director. 2. Manages labor relations activities to include grievance and arbitration process under collective bargaining agreements, contract interpretation, case preparation, documentation, and grievance meetings to resolve disputes effectively. 3. Continuously evaluates and ensures consistent compliance with internal policies and government regulations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Manages and assesses the effectiveness of current programs in achieving organizational objectives; identifies best practices and benchmarks; and develops recommendations for modifications to align to HR strategy and business goals. Effectively plans and directs the implementation and administration of all benefit plans including annual open enrollment efforts. Effectively manages and collaborates with vendors and external partners, including managing the performance of contracts to ensure the maximum value of services is delivered.
