Great benefits. Pay is decent. And I actually value their culture.

I worked in VIP the management there is by far the worst! They ask you to lie and vote for the casino as the best( when it’s for guest to vote) manager offer advancement only if they like you, not for your knowledge or experience. They treat supervisors as crap, so we couldn’t expect that to be better for us. They created a very hostile environment.

Evaluate management on a yearly basis and listen to the employees. Who spend the time with the crappy manager you have placed in those positions.
