Special Education Teacher Key Responsibilities:
Lesson Plan Development: Create effective lesson plans that include accommodations and consultation with general education teacher as needed. Plans should accommodate various student levels, include procedures for assessing knowledge, outline the content standards addressed, and specify the curriculum used. Adapt the general education curriculum according to needs outlined in the IEP.
Supervision of Paraprofessionals: Oversee and direct paraprofessionals assigned to the classroom. While Program Supervisors and Site Administrators will assist in supervision, it is the teacher's primary responsibility in the classroom.
Implementation of PBIS Program: Manage the classroom's Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) program, including tracking behavior points, maintaining the student store, and communicating with parents/guardians.
Classroom Management: Maintain a classroom environment that prioritizes student engagement and safety, implementing the behavior plan, modifying state-adopted curriculum, and employing strategies to effectively teach students with various disabilities.
IEP Meetings and Documentation: Attend IEP meetings for students assigned to the classroom. Write updates for each student's annual IEP in coordination with the state standards, school district expectations, and enter all IEP updates (Present Levels, BIP, ITP, and Goals) into the dedicated IEP documentation system (e.g., IEPpro) prior to the meetings. Maintain documentation on IEP goals, student academic and social growth, prepare progress reports. Ensure documentation is accessible and provided upon request in a timely manner. Ensure confidentiality of records according to district and FERPA regulations.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff and outside agencies to effectively educate each student.
Assistive Technology: Support implementation and use of assistive technology including, but not limited to, augmentative communication devices.
Instructional Planning: Plan instruction and design learning experiences based on data. Conduct summative assessments with each student in accordance with IEP goal reporting timelines. Administer, transfer, and interpret educational assessment data for supporting educational decision making and goal development.
Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development activities as directed by the district including teacher and all staff trainings. Teachers are encouraged to engage in additional professional development outside of Foundations, a member of Point Quest.
Special Education Teacher Qualifications:
Required Education & Credentials:
Arizona Department of Education Standard Professional Special Education Teaching Certificate (e.g., K-12 Mild/Mod, Cross Cat., etc.) or Special Education Endorsement.
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Special Education strongly recommended.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
2-5 years working with students with learning and/or social-emotional needs. Experience in implementing curriculum and behavior interventions.

About the Role
The Afterhours Care Manager RN is responsible for assessing and coordinating patient and family needs during after-hours shifts and maintaining primary clinical oversight for assigned patients. This includes routine visits, admissions, death visits, urgent after-hours calls, and any visit assigned per the patient's plan of care. This role serves as an active member of the Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) to ensure coordination between physicians, families, and the hospice team. Clinical administrative responsibilities, workflow auditing, and survey readiness support are also part of this role.

Ensure appropriate delivery of hospice services to eligible patients and families.
Provide direct in-person patient care during on-call, weekend, and after-hours shifts, including assessments, admissions, routine visits, death visits, and live discharges.
Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of physical, emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual needs.
Support the IDG process through chart reviews, plan of care updates, and interdisciplinary communication.
Develop and revise the Hospice Plan of Care in collaboration with physicians and IDG members.
Educate patients and families on disease progression, symptom management, medications, and hospice philosophy.
Communicate significant changes in patient condition promptly to hospice and attending physicians.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation including assessments, care plans, and notes.
Assist with rescheduled, missed, or reassigned visit requests based on triage direction.
Participate in calendar and scheduling modifications, including service codes and clinician assignments.
Support administrative and compliance activities including workflow audits, survey readiness tasks, and documentation collection.
Assist with TPE reviews, QAPI efforts, and regulatory compliance.
Ensure infection control standards and universal precautions are consistently followed.
Provide leadership and guidance to field staff; conduct supervisory visits when appropriate.
Participate in required meetings, after-hours updates, and trainings.
Maintain proficiency in pain and symptom management for hospice and end-of-life care.

This role will be responsible driving revenue by leading the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, driving the creation of brand content, and managing both DTC and B2B marketing efforts. The Marketing Manager will oversee art direction for all launches, promotions, and campaigns, ensuring visual consistency and creative excellence across all touch points. Additionally, this role will manage key external partners such as ad agencies and influencers. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management
• Lead the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
• Oversee the art direction of all marketing campaigns, ensuring the visual aesthetic aligns with the brand's identity and resonates with target audiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to craft compelling copy and visuals for marketing deliverables, including email, social media, website content, and digital ads.
• Track campaign performance and adjust strategies based on key metrics (e.g., engagement, conversions, ROI).
Content Creation & Social Media Management
• Coordinate and create engaging and visually appealing social media content using tools such as Canva, Adobe suite ensuring all visuals align with the brand's tone, voice, and marketing objectives.
• Write copy for social media posts and oversee the visual content, curating the overall brand aesthetics across all platforms.
• Manage product tagging, links, and calls-to-action across social media channels to drive traffic and track campaign success.
Email & SMS Marketing
• Manage and execute email and SMS campaigns using Klaviyo, including creative direction, copywriting, segmentation, and scheduling.
• Optimize email flows and automated sequences to enhance customer engagement, conversion rates, and overall lifecycle marketing.
B2B Marketing Management
• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to engage brand partners, wholesale clients, and key business stakeholders.
• Create marketing collateral (e.g., presentations, digital assets, co-branded content) that supports B2B partnerships and drives sales.
• Manage trade show branding, including the creation of booth designs, promotional materials, and displays. Travel may be required for trade show attendance.
• Build and nurture relationships with business partners, attending industry events, and engaging in conversations to support brand growth in B2B channels.
• Measure the success of B2B campaigns by tracking key metrics such as lead generation, conversions, and partnership growth.
External Partner Management
• Collaborate with external ad agencies and influencer marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns, influencer/creator seeding PR packages.
• Oversee the creative direction for ad campaigns and influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with brand values and strategic goals.
• Manage relationships with external partners, negotiating contracts, timelines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with business objectives and meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with external agencies or freelance designers, photographers, creators, and copywriters when needed for larger marketing projects.
Reporting and Analysis
• Regularly track and analyze the performance of all marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and B2B channels
.• Provide actionable insights to senior management based on campaign performance and industry trends, adjusting future strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing management, with a focus on brand marketing, content creation, and email/SMS marketing. Experience in B2B marketing is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Adobe and other marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, Google Analytics, Instagram Shop, TikTok Shop
• Experience in CPG Marketing
• Strong understanding of both DTC and B2B marketing strategies

Key Responsibilities
Change drums, bottles, totes, bulk tankers, and cylinders (150+ per shift).
Wear Supplied Contained Breathing Air Respirator when working with chemicals (10-15 minutes).
Climb tanker trucks using fall protection to off-load chemicals into drums.
Perform noninvasive preventative maintenance and update electronic equipment logs.
Develop proficiency in site equipment, including chemical, slurry, and gas delivery systems.
Assist with technical support, equipment troubleshooting, and system adjustments.
Complete hazardous communication training (Right to Know) before work.
Maintain accurate attendance and follow reporting protocols.
