The Work:

- Work in an agile scrum environment providing support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of various Information Technology (IT) systems
- Manage IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices
- Patch and harden Linux RedHat OS and works with Security personnel to protect against Cyber Threats.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 4+ years of professional experience, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Experience with both Linux and Windows system administration, including installing, patching, troubleshooting and hardening Linux and Windows operating systems (both bare-metal and virtual machines)

Main Responsibilities:
With support, accountable for assigned product relationship with a health authority (FDA or EMA), ensuring alignment with product GRL and as needed, support from Head, Regulatory TA if escalation is required. Qualifications & Experience Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry, with exposure to regulatory activities/submissions and 3 years working on developmental products. Previous regulatory affairs experience is preferred.
Experience in working in teams with either a direct or matrix manager. With support, assesses preferred option for tough decisions.
Candidates have developing knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical/biological product development and regulatory requirements for product development and approval in one key region (EU, US, Japan).
Experience working in Regulatory Affairs with agency interaction responsibility with at least one health authority is preferred.

Oversee intake and triage of all incoming safety data (spontaneous, literature, partner reports).

Review of interventional clinical trial studies and study specific reporting rules: · Review of study reporting plans and reporting responsibility matrix in close cooperation with GSPV Clinical Trial Liason, Risk Management, Clinical Operations and Clinical Research Organizations. Review the monthly notifications (Veeva) for study status including country approval status and update reporting requirements as required.

Role Overview
As an Investment Banking Analyst, you'll play a key role in all aspects of transaction execution, from financial modeling and valuation to due diligence and client presentation support. This position calls for strong analytical capabilities, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across functional areas to deliver extraordinary outcomes for entrepreneurial-minded clients.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate capital structure scenarios, financing terms, liquidity options, and valuation metrics.
Support the sourcing, evaluation, and structuring of debt, equity, or hybrid financing solutions for client growth or liquidity strategies.
Contribute to M&A transaction execution, including industry and buyer research, pitch material and CIM preparation, deal modeling, and due diligence coordination.
Help craft compelling sell-side or buy-side narratives that communicate client value propositions to investors, lenders, or strategic buyers.
Collaborate closely with internal Sharp teams (Accounting & Tax, Business Strategy, Wealth Management, Family Office, etc.) to ensure integrated and seamless client service.
Prepare and deliver client presentations, internal memos, and transaction summaries to support deal execution and leadership visibility.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
1+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or consulting.
Strong understanding of valuation techniques (DCF, precedent transactions, comparables) and advanced Excel / financial modeling skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities; capable of distilling complex information clearly and persuasively.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight timelines.
