The Role

This position prepares estimates for customers and coordinates repairs between the shop, insurance companies and rental car agencies as needed. You would be appraising vehicles for damage, ordering parts, working closely with the technicians and insurance companies, as well as keeping customers informed of their repair.
The estimator position includes base hourly compensation of between $16.90-$28.00 plus commissions. Commissions are based on the total individual sales closed within a pay period. A percent of sales is earned and there is an unlimited cap on earning. In other words, the more you close, the more you earn.
