    We're looking for a motivated, technically minded individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Platform Implementation Specialist. In this role, you'll help configure and deploy customer defined platform solutions that support our digital manufacturing and systems integration initiatives. This is a process-driven position; the “what” and “how” are well-documented but success depends on your ability to think critically, troubleshoot, and improve how we execute. Key Responsibilities Execute platform configuration activities following defined procedures and templates. Perform software setup, parameter adjustments, and data validation as part of system rollout. Troubleshoot basic configuration and integration issues under the guidance of senior engineers. Document work performed, including configuration records, change logs, test results, and status updates. Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities to streamline processes or improve quality. Support deployment testing and participate in go-live and support activities as needed Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Strong technical aptitude with a solid understanding of system configuration, databases, or scripting concepts. Comfortable following structured procedures while thinking critically about what's being done and why. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Curiosity and drive to learn new technologies, tools, and methods. Strong communication and documentation skills. Preferred (Not Required) Familiarity with industrial automation, data acquisition, or platform software (e.g., Ignition, Kepware, or similar). Experience with Node Red, SQL, Python, or configuration management tools. Exposure to Agile or process improvement environments. The Manufacturing Project Manager will join a growing team of Engineering and Health & Safety professionals helping our customers reduce their work-related risk to quality, productivity and employee health. Responsibilities will include oversight and proactively ensure the successful implementation of engineering projects, particularly within technical or manufacturing environments. This includes coordinating diverse teams of stakeholders, necessitating the ability to organize, manage, control, and direct activities for projects effectively. The role involves leading status meetings with the project team, maintaining comprehensive project documentation such as project timelines, dashboards, and meeting minutes. Furthermore, the Project Manager will be expected to provide detailed status reports and present project progress to management as applicable. The Manufacturing/Process Engineer will collaborate closely with design teams, global partners, and the Lead Engineer to ensure robust, efficient, and high-quality production processes. Key Responsibilities Process Engineering & Development Develop, optimize, and document stable manufacturing processes. Produce and maintain Process Flow Diagrams, work instructions, and SOPs. Create and modify 2D/3D CAD drawings for tooling, fixtures, and layout designs. Evaluate workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow for peak efficiency. Equipment Procurement & Installation Support schedule tracking and management for equipment design, build, and implementation. Develop detailed equipment specifications based on product and safety requirements. Oversee installation and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment.
