Pros of working at Sanderson Farms

No pros at all! Just a paycheck

Cons of working at Sanderson Farms

absolutely do not care for employees. allowed a menace to remain employed after breaking several rules because his big cousin is the supervisor in st. paul's nc. then this same employee is walking around physically assaulting another employee which also caused the employee who was assaulted to lose their job!!! the menace employee also threatened to slap & pull a weapon on a female employee! this menace employee still has a job! something needs to be done! i fear for safety. that's not how that should be at a place of business.

Sanderson Farms benefits

None at all! It’s 2023 & you dont offer pay for maternity leave and this company hires female employees!!!!!!!!! That’s crazy
