It's a job if you are really desperate

Too many to list. This is the ultimate sweat shop. Machine operators are expected to run 6 machines at once. Pay is low and raises rock bottom. Incredibly, management actually believes they are wonderful to their workers.

Unemployment insurance

Nothing. They are heartless to their workers yet believe they are wonderful

Getting rid of all of the management and paying the workers what they deserve. As my father once said "what this place needs is some important funerals and a big fire".

Unless you are desperate for a job, don't apply here and do not go to any interviews. Run, don't walk away.

Pitiful. The wage is low, and the raises are pitiful. Any time you call in sick the day is taken away from your vacation time.

They do have workers from different demographics, although management is almost all White (only one non-White in management when I left).

Getting another job and not having to return to the h*** hole.

They think they can win good attitudes with Bread and Circus!! If they paid a good salary then it would be a different story. They like to throw out or throw up the saying "That's what our competitors are doing." "And so do we." But that is so false. Other companies pay a higher salary to machine operators and quality inspectors. This is why they have a revolving door of keeping employees.
