Cons of working at Sandia National Labs

Does not value diversity and inclusion. They preach this as a value, but they do not follow it. Very disappointing that they still promote the good old boys club.

Thee work environment is very hostile for anyone who speaks up. The internal resources protect management.

The research was interesting, and it was well supported by facilities and funding. My colleagues were helpful and good to work with.

I did not see a path to permanent employment as a postdoc, and my employment ended more suddenly than I would have hoped.
