**Job Summary:**
The Print and Mail Service Representative will be required to cover different customer accounts supporting the print production department performing tasks such as mail sorting/delivering mail, operating basic print equipment and maintaining reporting logs. Additionally, may be required to cover extended periods at accounts due to special projects or unforeseen circumstances/absences. Candidates may be required to travel for multiple overnights as well.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Operate office/production equipment (print, mail functions).
+ Handle high volume folding and inserting mail equipment.
+ Utilize standard finishing equipment (e.g. paper cutters, inserters, laminating, and hole punchers).
+ Perform quality inspection before, during and after output of each production run.
+ Problem solve issues to complete production, delivery, and output requirements.
+ Provide excellent customer service skills and fulfil intermediate contracted customer requirements.
+ Point of contact to receive, review and electronically log customer jobs.
+ Maintain reporting logs and information for billing.
+ Apply asset tags to office equipment and update database.
+ Clean and maintain office equipment when necessary.
+ Delivery of customer mail within office or remote locations.

Experience creating narrative-driven content (e.g. social media content).

The salary range for this role is $35,537 to $66,651, The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Job Description
This is a long-term contract opportunity that is offered on a W2 basis only.
All work must be performed onsite at client facilities in Seaside, CA (Mon-Fri 7:45 am -4:45 pm PT).
Successful candidate must hold an active Secret security clearance issued by the federal government at the time of hire or have an inactive clearance eligible for reactivation.
We are seeking a Production Coordinator/Site Lead with management/supervisory and team organizational skills, preferably with a background in adult learning, instructional systems design, and training services. The successful candidate will be responsible for project deliverables, scheduling, team coordination, and customer satisfaction for a high-profile e-Learning program.
Responsibilities
include (but are not limited to):
Managing a team of multi-disciplined professionals (multimedia, production, programming, etc.) at Government facilities to achieve a common goal and set of deliverables on budget, on schedule, and at the highest quality;
Coordinating the production of e-Learning modules using files and input from course writers, editors, audio technicians, illustrators, animators, and programmers;
Instructional design development;
Writing Q&As, feedback, and hints for second-language acquisition (SLA)materials;
Image search, and adapting and incorporating graphics; and
Tracking, logging, and maintaining the integrity of files.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in management or a related field.
Ability to interact in a professional, multicultural, and fast-paced work environment, where unexpected deadlines must be met.
Strong organizational and critical decision-making skills, team commitment, an astute attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a flexible and professional attitude are essential.

PRODUCTION COORDINATOR (FALCON COMPONENTS) - 2ND SHIFT
The Production Coordinator is a vital role within SpaceX's manufacturing and production teams. Production Coordinators collaborate with all production leadership staff to ensure the punctual delivery of components and assemblies, meeting rigorous deadlines and upholding exceptional quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Monitor, track, and move parts as required through the production flow to ensure timely delivery to the next production location
* Independently manage and prioritize the scheduling of component deliveries and assembly workflows, proactively addressing potential bottlenecks to ensure production timelines are met without requiring direct oversight
* Coordinate physical movement of parts through receiving inspection, stock rooms, purchasing, production resources or any applicable work center within SpaceX
* Ensure parts are handled and protected properly and within SpaceX specifications

* Ensure scans and location accuracy is maintained within the shop and SpaceX's ERP system

WHAT YOU'LL DO
