Summary: The Regional Support Specialist Supervisor provides critical administrative, operational and customer service support to our branch offices, leaders, and agents in their pod of offices they oversee. This role will serve as the first point of escalation for questions and issues. The Lead will manage the workflow of the team and ensure there is coverage in all offices. They will provide coaching to the Regional Support Specialists in their pod. In addition to Lead responsibilities the role will serve as an RSS in a particular office. What You Will Be Learning: Design Engineer computations for grading and utility plans Real life engineering assessments Fire flow tests Assisting with coordination of different agencies Design of domestic (potable water) and fire water systems Review material submittals This is the perfect opportunity for those that are: Pursuing a bachelor's degree in civil engineering (Junior or Senior standing) Familiar with basic AutoCAD commands Familiar with general engineering principles such as slope calculations and elevations, utility systems, capacity calculations using known engineering formula, materials and understanding of project specifications, and hydraulics and hydrology.
