Pension and benefits are surprisingly good.
Alot of bad management and long term understaffing. Get told they can't hire people, but you see a group of 15 new hires at orientation and still won't replace people who left 7 months ago. Alot of negative attitude from hire ups and generally all around. Have to clock out to use bathroom, but people are scared to speak up because they can't afford to lose job. Union is solid, but they are never around and never return phone calls. Multiple known cases of managers dating people under them and playing favorites. Former wellbeing cordinatoe fired for inappropriate things towards women.
Insurance is great. A little annoying to use, but the co-pay is fantastic.
Ceo seems like a good guy. See him at sandridge work events and seems like he means well. Leadership team on the other hand doesn't care about employees and they care more about $/Man Hour than they do their subordinates.
Not a hard company to interview foe. Just be polite and seem decent and you will be hired.
Have managers work on the floor more. Have gone whole weeks without any help from any leads or managers
It's probably below average to average, but the benefits are good enough where it's not completely egregious.
Decent diversity, but shift dependant.
Working with some coworkers is a blast. There are days that aren't horrible when we aren't over scheduled.
