General Purpose
With minimal direction from a department manager, a program manager, or the director of engineering/operations (project management office), oversees high-risk projects, which require considerable resources and high levels of functional integration. In addition to having responsibility for all aspects of the project over the entire project life (initiate, plan, execute, control, close), assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and developing schedules to ensure timely completion of assigned projects, takes projects from original concept through final implementation. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, distributors, and vendors. Ensures adherence to quality and safety standards and reviews project deliverables. Communicates with senior management regarding the status of specific projects.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be accountable for all project management responsibilities in the delivery of multiple high-risk large scale capital projects. Responsibilities include but are not limited to design, financial, permitting, assembling and managing multifunctional matrixed project teams across business platforms. Responsibilities also include coordinating team efforts, assigning tasks, developing detailed project plans, project schedules and ensuring timelines are met.
•Manage the planning, design, and construction of multiple large scale capital projects (e.g. modifications/additions to facilities and infrastructure) under minimal supervision.
•Establish, track, and control project cost, scope, schedule, and risk to deliver assigned projects within their approved scope, budget, and schedule.
•Plan, schedule, and execute all phases of projects in accordance with project management processes, policies and guidelines, and corporate governance.
•Develop detailed project plans and ensure project scopes, team responsibilities, milestone dates, and the procurement strategy are clearly stated for all assigned projects.
•Develop project schedules in accordance with project objectives.
Coordinate the development of conceptual and detailed designs.
•Develop and execute public involvement plan during the project permitting phase.
Interface with external customers throughout the project life cycle.
•Establish responsibility for and manage the physical construction.
•Provide project progress reports to management and other stakeholders in accordance with an approved communication plan.
•Provide quality project cost forecasting over the life of the project.
•Coordinate with procurement to solicit external materials and services as required for project deliverables.
•Manage the bid process, and contracts for external engineering and construction services.
•Negotiate with vendors and contractors regarding work scope changes and ensure that all contract commitments are completed on time per the scope of work and technical specifications.
•Manage construction management team activities in conjunction with field operations.
•Interface with appropriate management levels including senior management to gain necessary approvals and manage risk in accordance with corporate governance.
•Coordinate the tracking, expediting, and completion of material and equipment orders.
•Responsible for interdepartmental communication for the project team.
•Responsible for delivery of internal and external project stakeholders' expectations.
•Provide coaching to less experienced project managers, engineers and other project team members to assist in their career development.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in, Engineering, Construction Management or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Five years related professional experience.
Proficient in project scheduling, cost controls, tracking and reporting methodologies.
Knowledge of financial principles to quantify costs and benefits of projects and to track and maintain project budgets
Proficient in the application of Project Management Institute project management techniques or equivalent
Experience in managing vendors and contractors regarding work scope changes to ensure that all contract commitments are completed on time per applicable specifications
Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated business management skills including consulting skills, customer service, and business acumen
Interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate team efforts, provide guidance and direction to team members, and communicate project objectives, parameters, status, and outcomes to stakeholders
Ability to analyze information, form conclusions and provide meaningful and creative solutions to non-typical business issues
Demonstrated skill in motivating and influencing others as well as skills and experience in team building and conflict management

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery assignment, requiring a UT or compact RN license and strong experience in high-volume birth settings.
Responsibilities
Acute care hospital setting within the Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Recovery unit
Care for laboring, postpartum, and recovering mothers and newborns
Night shift, working 12-hour shifts from 1800-0630 with every other weekend required
Uses Epic EMR system
Transition care responsibilities for newborns
High delivery volume environment
Nurses provide comprehensive care including labor, delivery, postpartum, recovery, and neonatal transition
Mentoring and support available for new graduates on night shifts
Orientation includes 12 hours at the start of the assignment
Applicants may not have been employed by any CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity facility within the last year
Floating may be required within the designated float zone if applicable
Compliance with 60-mile radius policy for UT facilities for travel eligibility
Requirements
Active UT or compact RN license required at time of consideration
Minimum of 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery RN experience
Certifications required: BLS (AHA), ACLS, NRP, STABLE, and AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring
Experience in high-volume birth facilities preferred
Ability to provide references from a supervisor within the last 12 months and a peer or supervisor within the last 3 years, including employment dates and rehire eligibility
Copy of driver's license required

The Appraisal Review Manager selected for this opportunity will be working within Real Estate Technical Services to support daily operations across multiple teams. This dynamic position will require the successful candidate to be comfortable with change, development of new skills, and consistently being self-driven to balance multiple responsibilities simultaneously within prescribed deadlines. This role will report to the new Enterprise Technology Center in Midvale, UT.
Responsibilities:
The Appraisal Review Manager is responsible for the residential appraisal review area and serves as liaison, efficiency expert and problem-solver between loan production and the residential Appraisal Review Department.
Participates in the automation of the appraisal procurement, review, scoring and system monitoring process to ensure industry "best practices" and provide a competitive advantage.
Manages the daily operations, focusing on increasing reliability, accuracy and efficiencies relating to procurement and review of residential real estate appraisals for consumer and mortgage lending, across all regions.
May be required to perform appraisal reviews.
Develops, administers, and manages the training of the appraisal review specialists, for both direct reports and applicable bank staff.
Manages the consumer and mortgage lending "appraisal dispute" function for consumer and mortgage lending customers.
Resolves appraisal disputes and appraiser or client complaints, as necessary.
Performs project management leadership functions as a project manager or team member, as needed.
May be responsible to drive process improvement initiatives, including gathering and documenting business requirements.
Strong project management experience and data analytics proficiency preferred.
Possesses proficiency in MS Office, as well as experience in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and TEAMS. Proficiency in SQL and Python, preferred.
Assists in all phases of third-party supplier risk management life cycle for valuation services vendors.
Keeps abreast of industry knowledge and regulations pertaining to appraisal methodology and secondary mortgage market policies and procedures to ensure both regulatory and investor compliance.
Provides oversight to executive management by developing and providing various departmental reports, as necessary, to department management.
Facilitates the efficient integration of all applicable operating systems.
Responsible to ensure compliance with bank policies, federal regulations and USPAP standards. Ensures that appraisals are consistent with regulations.
Responsible for interpreting and implementing current regulations.
May also order appraisals to control costs, ensure independence between loan and appraisal departments and give proper instructions for the appraisers.
Responsible for hiring, transfers, terminations, and performance evaluations.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related fields,
6+ years of directly related appraisal, credit, or financial analysis or equivalent.
Management experience required. Management experience at a federally regulated institution preferred.
Certified Residential Appraiser license required at a minimum.
Professional appraisal association designation preferred.
Requires advanced knowledge of appraisals, appraisal practices, principles, applications, and methods.
Advanced knowledge of audit procedures, legal and regulatory requirements.
Must possess applicable appraisal licensing, valuation experience and requisite mortgage and consumer lending knowledge to facilitate the efficient integration of all applicable operating systems.
Must have strong management, client relations and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must possess advanced analysis and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with internal and external clients.
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $115,000 to $145,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location
