Job Description
Family Medicine Core Privileges includes the ability to perform history and physical examination, admit (if applicable to the setting), evaluate, diagnose, treat and provide consultation to patients of all ages with a wide variety of illness, diseases, injuries, mental health conditions and functional disorders of circulatory, respiratory, endocrine, metabolic, musculoskeletal, hematopoietic, gastroenteric, integumentary, nervous, female reproductive, and genitourinary systems. This includes the pre-operative care of surgical patients and post-operative medical care of surgical patients and return to work issues.
Qualifications
M.D. or D.O. degree.
Experience can be demonstrated in one of the following ways and should be reflective of the privileges being requested: An applicant who has just completed residency shall provide their residency procedure log and a list of completed rotations, as applicable. OR An applicant who is not applying directly out of a residency shall provide a quality profile from hospital(s) where he/she currently has privileges showing his/her clinical activity for the last 12 months, including numbers of procedures performed morbidity, mortality, infection rates, and other complications. Applicant must be able to demonstrate active involvement in the clinical aspects of Family Medicine by providing case log that includes 25 vaginal deliveries, 50 adult medical patients, and 10 inpatient care of children under the age of 18 (excluding normal newborn), as applicable to privileges being requested, in the last 12 months.
Successful completion of a Family Medicine residency program accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or he Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada. Training at residency programs accredited by organizations other than the above, may be considered via the waiver of eligibility process as defined in the Credentialing Policy. Certification in the primary area of practice by the appropriate specialty/ subspecialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), as applicable. Those applicants who are not board certified at the time of application but who have completed their residency training within the last five years shall be eligible, however must achieve board certification within five years from the date of completion of their residency training unless the appropriate governing Board waives such requirement. Maintain a working knowledge base regarding billing, documentation, and reimbursement guidelines/issues, including but not limited to Medicare, Medicaid, other third party, and contracted payers. Balance the cash drawer and prepares deposits. Assist in maintaining a clean, stocked, and sanitized store. Complete tasks with minimum supervision, exercising independent judgment. Qualifications

Summary
Evaluates a person's hearing functions through various types of auditory tests and provides treatments for hearing loss and impairment. Plan and conduct treatment programs for patients' hearing or balance problems, consulting with educators, physicians, nurses, psychologists, speech-language pathologists, and other health care personnel as necessary. Administers and interprets a wide range of auditory tests to assess a person's hearing functions. Provides treatments for patients with different types and degrees of hearing loss and impairment, using diverse audiological tools and methods.
Job Description
Develop hearing screening programs. Prevents hearing loss and other communication disorders by implementing hearing conservation programs. Adheres to quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure accurate and safe audiology services are provided to patients.

Able to assist in administrative tasks, such as managing office functions and finances as needed. Willing to engage in marketing activities, such as developing marketing plans, to promote business for private practices. Educate and supervise audiology students and health care personnel as needed. Ability to conduct or direct research on hearing or balance topics and report findings to help in the development of procedures, technology, or treatments. Advise educators or other medical staff on hearing or balance topics. Provide information to the public on hearing or balance topics. Willing to participate in conferences or training to update or share knowledge of new hearing or balance disorder treatment methods or technologies.
Qualifications
Appropriate education level from an accredited educational institution required in accordance with state licensure.
Board Certified in Audiology from an accredited audiology program required, including, but not limited to, The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or the American Board of Audiology (ABA). Licensed in the state(s) of practice as an Audiologist through the appropriate state licensure board required. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.

Job Summary
Responsible for performing ultrasounds in a professional and diagnostic manner. Uses cognitive sonographic skills to identify and record appropriate anatomical, pathological, and diagnostic images. Thoroughly understand the operation of the ultrasound machine and utilize new technologies. Performs a variety of ultrasound examinations. Establishes and maintains ethical working relationships and good rapport with patients and all organizational staff.
Maintains a high standard of medical ethics at all times and is self-motivated to increase the level of understanding and knowledge of the sonography field. Displays empathy, compassion, and integrity.
Possesses an understanding of cross-sectional anatomy. Conducts self professionally at all times, even during moments of high stress.
Assists when necessary with the maintenance of accreditation requirements and processes. Understands age-related protocols for various testing. Coordinate work with physicians or other healthcare team members, including providing assistance during invasive procedures when applicable.
Supervises and train students and medical sonographers as needed. Reports and calls in-service requests on equipment when needed.
Additionally, based on the facility, some Sanford markets/facility sites may expand job responsibilities to include echocardiography.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of Diagnostic Imaging, Allied Health Certificate/Diploma or a minimum of one year
equivalent work experience is preferred.
Registration in at least one of the following areas of sonography is required: Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), or registry eligible.
Registry preferred within two years after hiring.
If working in North Dakota and performing medical imaging or radiation therapy procedures, licensure through the North Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (NDMIRT) Board is required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within six weeks of employment and re-certification as necessary is required.
For employees who provide outreach mobile services, maintenance of a valid driver's license and good driving record is required. This may include passenger on flights and occasional overnight stays at assigned sites. Employees are held to the Sanford category driver's license policy and medical guidelines when applicable for job duties.

**Job Summary**
Performs diagnostic imaging examinations on patients, ensuring the production of quality diagnostic images within Network locations. Operates equipment to produce diagnostic images according to patient cases and relevant guidelines; ensures the quality of images is satisfactory for clinical purposes. Ensures accurate patient positioning during radiographic procedures; conducts image operations according to provider requests and other technical factors. Sanford Rural Health Network Facility sites may expand job responsibilities based on the needs of the facility, to include, but not limited to: on-call rotation nights, weekends, and holidays. Perform diagnostic radiology procedures. Perform basic diagnostic radiology tasks and aware of general radiology protocols. May perform mobile imaging, electrocardiogram (EKG), cardiac monitor placement, and dual energy x-ray absorptiometry (DEXA) procedures.
**Qualifications**
Completion of an educational program accepted by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
Working knowledge of diagnostic radiographic principles, including radiographic positioning, film/image processing, quality
control, and radiation protection is required.
Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
Must also have at least one additional modality recognized American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). This may be, but is not limited to: Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR), Mammography (M), Bone Densitometry (BD)
If working in North Dakota and performing medical imaging or radiation therapy procedures, licensure with the North Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy Board (NDMIRT) is required.
If working in South Dakota, candidates must obtain their ARRT certification within 60 days of hire.
In the state of Iowa, all technologists must have a permit to practice through the Iowa Department of Public
