· Always follow Good Manufacturing Practices and Food Safety guidelines.
· Maintain an organized, clean, and sanitary work area.
· Follow all cleaning and sanitation procedures as instructed according to standards.
· Properly handle, label, use, and store approved chemicals, tools, machines, and/or equipment used for cleaning/sanitation as directed.
· Consistently and accurately record all documented cleaning and maintenance tasks as instructed to complete daily, weekly, and monthly environmental sanitation responsibilities.
· Effectively communicate with team members to maintain team coordination (production staff, other sanitation and maintenance team members, leadership staff).
· Report and assist as instructed to proactively mitigate all issues and/or concerns regarding the quality and/or safety of the production environment, equipment, ingredients, products, or teammates.
