Engage in multiple business process development or improvement projects as a team lead or individual contributor. Manage the documentation of the “to-be” processes, defining performance metrics and identifying and exploiting process opportunities. This includes process analysis, functional and logical system design and implementation. Responsible for mapping the business processes to SAP and management of user acceptance testing. Project Management - Supports project proposal development, including discovery, statement of work creation, (including project requirements, risk, time and cost of project) and identification of the technical approach and key deliverables of a given project. Responsible for managing specific components of a project/program, including conducting blueprint sessions, setting milestones, reviewing progress, reporting status, supporting resource allocations and resolving conflicts. Ensure project teams are managing the system development and deployment processes according to Hershey standards. Supports management of communications, change management, and training. Business Partner relationship management - Develop relationships with Finance business leaders. Understand their concerns, requirements and priorities to improve alignment and accelerate execution of business strategies. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications Requirements: BS Degree in Finance/Accounting, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering Masters Degree in Business Administration or related experience is preferred. Seven to ten years of Finance/Accounting and systems experience including process design and development of large-scale ERP systems across multiple hardware and software platforms; significant experience and knowledge in SAP or ERP integrated environment. Consulting experience with major consulting firm, where consultative skills have been demonstrated through process definition and delivery of results is a strong plus. Three to five years of experience in project management and execution involving major development projects. Demonstrated ability to work closely with internal business partners Successfully developed and implemented process changes and applications in new computing architecture environments using new and emerging technologies. Established track record of working with technical staff through various life-cycle phases Demonstrated leadership and collaboration on high performance work teams/groups Managed financial resources to meet goals and multiple projects Demonstrated experience in project management.
