Getting a weekly paycheck is really the only good thing
The company is a rotating door, can't keep employees because of how they are treated, they demand too much from their employees, they make millions of dollars but can't even provide common sense
The only perk is getting a weekly paycheck, really you should just "say no" to Sanoh
I honestly have nothing good to say here, that's an issue
I would improve it by implementing a leader base who actually cares and pays attention to what their employees say and need
I simply showed up, applied for two different positions, ended up getting a different position then what I even applied for
The pay is decent, but not enough for the bull your expected to put up with
Sanoh will take anyone because they are a revolving door
Clocking out at the end of the day is what brings me the most joy
There are some great hourly people that make the day tolerable.
This is a very back stabbing culture driven from the plant manager to every department head. Beware if you are a decent looking female you will get plenty of attention from the good ole boys.
Pay is ok for the area.
