Driver Requirements:
Driver must perform the Services in a professional and timely manner and in compliance with all applicable laws. Weapons are prohibited on Client property, in Company vehicles, and in any location where work-related activities are being performed.
Driver must arrange for all regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections on the provided leased vehicle. Proper documentation of daily/monthly business miles is a requirement.
Driver must maintain a valid driver's license and submit annual driving records to Client.
Driver must complete annual physical and vision examinations;notify Client of any medical restrictions.
Driver must maintain basic first aid and CPR certifications.
Driver must use the company gas card exclusively for the provided vehicle.

Provide assistance with supplementary duties and team support outside core driving responsibilities to ensure seamless operational needs for the ******.

*** Client Services Obligations:
Client will provide a vehicle (“Car”) for Driver's use in performing the Services. Client will maintain automobile liability insurance on the Car and pay for all title, registration, taxes, and other expenses applicable to the Car. Client will also pay for all required maintenance and repairs on the Car and for all tolls incurred while performing the Services. Client will own the Car at all times.
Client will also provide Driver with a gasoline credit card (“Gas Card”) for use with the Car only.
Client will provide Driver with the use of its offices (including office supplies) and administrative services in Client'discretion as necessary for Driver to perform the Services

Who you are:

Position Summary: The Contracts Manager is a key contributor to the company's federal contracting operations. This position will serve as the dedicated lead for a high-volume federal program, which includes oversight of more than 30 subcontractors and licensing compliance. This individual will also lead small business compliance reporting, including eSRS and GSA, and may support NMLS licensing efforts. The ideal candidate has strong experience with subcontract management, federal contract compliance, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead contract negotiation, administration, and compliance for the federal program
Manage subcontract agreements and coordination of subcontractors under the program
Oversee compliance for state-level licensing requirements under the program

Participate in audit preparation and responses.
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of direct experience managing federal contracts, including subcontractor oversight
Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS, GSA schedules, and SCA regulations
Experience supporting both pre- and post-award activities
Experience with compliance reporting tools such as eSRS - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), SharePoint, and DocuSign

Job Duties:
With minimum direction, provides supporting research and analysis into complex problems and processes.
Serves as expert on project teams.
Provides critical thinking and analysis utilized for completion of written documentation and oral presentations.

Reviews and analyzes requests for investigations concerning security clearances, reciprocity, requirements, violations, and assessments. Subjects of the investigations range from on - board employees, contract/access applicants and other personnel requiring security clearances or access to specific facilities.
Reviews and analyzes various investigative files and related material to determine and extract all possible identifying information, matching records, questionable or overlapping elements and other areas of investigative consideration, which could have a bearing on an individual's reliability, trustworthiness, and loyalty.
Examines and analyzes material to determine any deliberate misrepresentation of facts, criminal or immoral conduct, any signs of mentally disabling illness, sympathetic association with hostile intelligence individuals/organizations and facts or fragments of information which furnish reason to sustain suspicion that the subject may be a possible security risk.
