Job Description
Overnight Direct Care Staff for Children are responsible for providing direct care and support to meet the nighttime needs of children, ages 5-17, at New Horizons Ranch, a home for children in Goldthwaite, Texas, located 30 miles south of Brownwood, TX.
Job Responsibilities
You will plan, supervise, and assist your assigned group of children with nighttime needs. This can include helping children get ready for bed, attending to their nightly needs, taking care of household chores as needed, getting children up and ready in the morning, and taking children to the on-campus school.
Pay Rate: Starting at $16 an hour
Hours: 40 Hours minimum per week - 9:00 pm - 9:00 am

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing overnight direct supervision and support to a group of kids, many of whom are experiencing emotional trauma
Planning, supervising and assisting with nightly activities for your assigned group of children
Helping with household chores as needed
Getting children up and ready in the morning
Occasionally taking children to school at on-campus school
Providing a safe, stable and home-like environment
Building healthy relationships with the kids in care to support them as they heal and work through their trauma
Maintaining accurate and complete documentation
Completing and implementing necessary trainings as required by state licensing;

Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required

Prune shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth of remove damaged leaves, branches, or twigs
Clean and repair university streets and parking lots
Under supervision and using prescribed safety standards, spray lawn, shrubs, and trees with fertilizer, herbicides, and insecticides
Rake and remove leaves and trimmings
Spread chemicals on public passageways to prevent ice buildup and shovel snow from walks and driveways
Sharpen tools such as blades and shears
Make minor repairs on Grounds Department equipment

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Performs highly advanced (senior-level) work managing and overseeing a high security correctional facility for youth who have been adjudicated delinquent of felony offenses and committed to the agency by a juvenile court. Work involves planning, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring the implementation of a multifaceted institutional service and treatment system, which includes an integrated, system-wide rehabilitative program and specialized treatment programs; establishing goals and objectives and developing standards for achieving established goals; developing guidelines to administer and enforce policies, procedures, rules, and regulations; overseeing daily facility operations and activities; developing and evaluating budget requests; and interacting with juvenile judges, district attorneys, probation departments, and other state agencies. Plans, assigns, and supervises the work of others.
Works under minimal supervision, with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. May be required to work in excess of 40 hours per workweek, be on-call 24 hours per day, and travel occasionally.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Uses leadership and teambuilding skills to motivate facility staff and youth to work toward common objectives and goals.
Oversees the preparation of management and operational reports, including special projects and non-routine reports; provides relevant information to executive management regarding the impact of the facility's daily operations on the educational, treatment, and recreational programs, religious services, health services, and other services provided at the facility.
Implements techniques for evaluating programs, services, and daily activities; develops and evaluates recommendations for guidelines, procedures, policies, rules and regulations to enhance programs, services, and operations.
Ensures ongoing implementation and maintenance of all aspects of the Texas Model of trauma-informed corrections.
Directs and monitors activities of staff and the youth population; provides technical guidance; takes necessary action to ensure compliance with laws, rules, regulations, policies, and standard operating procedures.
Establishes and oversees secure facility operations to ensure the security and safety of the youth population, staff, property, and equipment; appropriately responds to emergency situations; plans, directs, and coordinates the placement of youth in the event of emergencies.
Develops and evaluates budget requests; reviews fiscal data and directs the organization and controlled use of resources to meet fiscal goals and objectives.
Cooperates and consults with juvenile judges, district attorneys, probation departments, other state agencies, and halfway house, program, and other facility administrators throughout the agency to ensure common goals are met.
Directs activities relating to the facility's compliance with the Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA).
Monitors outcomes for racial, ethnic, and gender disparities and takes action to address identified disparities and takes action to address identified disparities.

Master's Degree Track:

· Program administration experience. Four (4) years of experience must be in a supervisory/management position, which oversees or directs an operation, program, or organization.

Bachelor's Degree Track:
· Education. A Bachelor's Degree.
· Experience. Eight (8) years full-time wage-earning experience in a residential setting, treatment, correctional program, or trauma-informed settings for youth with significant needs and risks.

Non-Degree Track:

Overview
Buckley Powder is seeking dedicated drivers to join our team. Drivers will operate semi-truck, straight truck, and other equipment for delivery of products to customer accounts in a safe and timely manner. Careful tracking of inventory is required with strong focus on safety. Drivers often perform mechanical work on trucks to keep trucks in good working order. Pay scale is dependent on qualifications and experience.
Drivers will have physical hand contact with moving raw materials and finished boxes of explosives products weighing up to 50 lbs., including loading products onto truck and delivering them to customers. Drivers may use a pallet jack to load products onto trucks. Drivers may also be required to assist with labor activities on the job site.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Attention all Phlebotomists, we are calling on you to partner with us to provide services to our Military Service members. We will primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays in the State of Texas on an "as needed basis".
Under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) we provide health readiness services to meet the medical and dental requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following:
U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
Army National Guard (ARNG)
U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
Air National Guard (ANG)
U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)
Responsibilities:
Phlebotomy /Blood draw.
Immunizations.
EKG.
Manual vitals and vision.
Requirements:
Phlebotomy Certification - required
CPR/BLS Certification
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Minimum One (1) year of experience - preferred
Passionate, friendly, and caring individual
Utilize universal precautions for patient care
Experience working with military - preferred
Experience working with mobile medical services - preferred
Proficient with computer programs
Must have weekend availability

Role Responsibilities:

Respond in a timely manner to all communications.

Qualifications
Job Requirements
Must be able to speak fluent English and Spanish to be eligible for the bilingual role
Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales)
Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams
Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays per business needs.
Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to have reliable transportation to assist at other locations within 30 minutes' radius from the home store when needed.
Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
