Assist in determining the structure and timing of rounds
Help set schedule of match ups for the event

Tally and check scores for the event and maintain official spreadsheet

The Senior Director of Foundation Giving will be a senior contributing member of the Institutional Giving team, supporting the faculty, staff, and leadership of Santa Clara University to create lasting and mutually beneficial relationships and funded partnerships with private, community, and corporate foundations. Institutional Giving works closely with academic schools and colleges, interdisciplinary centers, academic leadership, and select non-academic divisions to secure philanthropic gifts, grants, and sponsorships for projects and programs identified as University priorities. This role emphasizes the development of complex proposals supporting research, academic programming, and community partnerships for submission to major private and corporate foundations, often with multiple internal stakeholders and external partners.
The successful candidate will be a professional with excellent verbal and written communication, a strategic thinker, and a problem solver capable of helping teams hone and communicate structured project plans, compelling impact propositions, and competitive measurement and evaluation strategies. A successful candidate must possess strong relationship management skills and consistently support high-level proposal submissions on behalf of the Institutional Giving team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Specifically, the Senior Director will:
* Consistently achieve fundraising performance metrics in support of priority initiatives set forth by university leadership.
* Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive portfolio of fundraising prospects, including regularly reviewing, evaluating, and responding to requests for proposals (RFPs), funding announcements, and information on limited submission opportunities;
* Manage the proposal generation process for all prospects under management. This includes advising on alignment and strategic positioning with funder priorities, reviewing and revising proposals to maximize appeal, and providing documentation for applications and agreements;
* Coordinate stewardship and reporting requirements for all managed prospects, collaborating with the Assistant Director of Institutional Gifts and Stewardship.
* Work closely with university administrators, faculty, and other development personnel to build awareness and expand positive fund-raising relationships with foundations.
* Partner with Sponsored Projects Office to support effective collaboration and provide resources to faculty on common work, promoting a culture of grant seeking at SCU and strengthening the capacity of the faculty to compete favorably for regional, national, and international research grants.
* Develop relationships with foundation directors, program officers, and executives on behalf of the University, arranging opportunities for foundation and corporate administrators to visit the campus.
* Personally manage a portfolio of top foundation prospects and maintain a personal fundraising performance goal of $2-$3M annually.

We currently have an opening for an Undergraduate/Masters Program Officer to lead and support all aspects of the Anthropology Department's Undergraduate and Masters Programs. Reporting to the Student Services Manager, the Undergraduate/Masters Program Officer will be the face of the Anthropology Undergraduate/Masters Program and the Medical Humanities Program. The Undergraduate/Masters Program Officer works in collaboration with various department committees with direct oversight on student degree progress, undergraduate program budget for research grants/events (i.e. recruitment, Admit Day, Conferences, Commencement etc.), and advising department leadership on changes in university policies/procedures. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating the production of the Anthropology Undergraduate Journal and program informational materials for social media platforms and recruitment events. They will hire, train, and mentor department UG peer advisors, UG editorial staff and UG student workers.
The Undergraduate/Masters Program Officer is also responsible for the smooth operation of the academic program of the department. Interfaces with central university offices and other departments on all matters related to the curriculum, faculty and student evaluation, and course scheduling. POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Deputy Director for the John Gardner Center, the Quantitative Research Associate collaborate with Gardner Center staff and community partners to design and carry out rigorous, actionable, and capacity building research that responds to the partner's needs and enables them to make research-informed decisions that advance their efforts to improve the lives of youth, families, and communities.
CORE DUTIES:
* Develop and carry out research designs that utilize the most robust quantitative methods possible given project parameters (e.g., timeline, budget). This includes collecting, securing, cleaning, verifying, documenting, coding, and analyzing data using a variety of methods.
* Ensure quantitative and qualitative dimensions of a study are seamlessly integrated from initial design through final reporting.
* Meet with partners on an ongoing basis to review research activities, interim findings, and evolving analyses.
* Communicate research findings to a variety of interested, invested, and impacted parties, including academic and community audiences. This may include writing and presenting interim research updates, non-technical research summaries, and peer-reviewed studies for leading peer-reviewed journals.
* Participate actively as a collaborative member of the Gardner Center team, contributing to a vibrant, generative community dedicated to community engaged scholarship in the service of ensuring the wellbeing of our most vulnerable youth, families, and communities. About the Position:
The Digital Library Product and Service Manager (DLPSM) will report to the Associate Director for Digital Library Services in the Digital Library Systems and Services (DLSS) division of the Libraries. The division is based on the historic campus of Stanford University in Stanford, California. The position is eligible for remote work.
The Digital Library Product and Service Manager will join a high performing team -- including digital library service managers, product owners, systems analysts, data scientists, and project managers -- in DLSS, the department within Stanford University Libraries (SUL) responsible for the development, promotion, delivery, and continual improvement of digital library services for the Stanford community and the research community more broadly. The role's primary responsibility is to manage and advance two established programs at Stanford University Libraries: Spotlight Exhibits and Virtual Tribunals.
The DLPSM will serve as the product and service manager for Spotlight Exhibits, SUL's online platform for showcasing digital library collections. They will work closely with software development teams at SUL and in the Spotlight open source community to routinely maintain and enhance its features and capabilities over time as digital content, user needs and online technologies evolve. They will directly support SUL collection managers, library curators and their partners in their adoption and ongoing use of Spotlight to promote discovery and use of Stanford's extensive collections. They will lead a service team to promote collaborative, participatory service development with library colleagues. They will also support faculty and researchers at Stanford who aim to showcase their work through teaching and broader online dissemination to reach global audiences. Further they will actively be involved and engage with fellow digital library staff in ongoing efforts to explore and re-imagine the future of digital library collection discovery and access.
The DLPSM will also serve as the product and service manager for Virtual Tribunals (VT), a collaboration between SUL and the Stanford Center for Human Rights and International Justice to compile a comprehensive, searchable digital archive database of international criminal law and tribunal records, from post-World War II war crimes trials through to contemporary courts. Alongside content contributors, subject matter experts, data scientists, engineers and archivists, the DLPSM manages and executes discrete digital collections projects, scoping timelines and resource requirements, engaging with digitization and metadata vendors, developing project plans, specifying and reviewing work packages, tracking progress and communicating outcomes. The size and nature of the VT collection -- which is made available via Stanford's Spotlight -- has grown significantly in the past five years; this role is positioned to build on recent successes to continue to heighten VT's international visibility, to develop new partnerships and attract funding, and to advance the usability of the database through the introduction of new technologies.
Beyond these two primary focus areas, they will contribute to organizational portfolio analysis, continually helping to surface, assess, understand, and communicate the business needs of the library's evolving digital programs and initiatives. Under the general direction of the Revenue Manager, the Charge Capture Coordinator is primarily responsible for unit and area specific charge capture of clinical services and procedures within revenue producing departments throughout the system. The Charge Capture Coordinator's main role is to enter charges into existing computerized billing system (Cerner and or PBAR). The Charge Capture Coordinator will perform due diligence in entering all appropriate charges accurately and within a timely manner, including conducting reconciliation of department generated record with billing system report to ensure optimal charge capture; auditing for completeness, correcting, and resubmitting rejected charges and charge follow-up. The Charge Capture Coordinator is also responsible for communicating missing or incomplete clinical documentation and charge entry errors for clinical department process improvement.
Essential Duties:
* Review department clinical documentation from multiple sources and enter hospital charges accurately, timely and in accordance with Keck Medical Center of USC charge capture policies/guidelines, into Patient Accounting System -Cerner or PBAR. .
* Demonstrate proficiency in using Keck Medical Center of USC charge capture policies, rules, criteria and decision trees (algorithms) to assign the correct charge code.
* Demonstrate understanding of CMS Medicare billing rules, regulations, and compliance related to outpatient intravenous infusion and chemotherapy administration charges, observation charging (and other service line charges.)
* Perform daily charge reconciliation on accounts; check charges for accuracy and completeness, correct errors.
* Follow processes to send appropriate notification to other parties such as Coding Manager, Clinical Department Manager, or Patient Accounting Manager. For example, notify the nursing team of incomplete medical records or coding questions.
* Attend scheduled meetings and trainings and be accountable for what has been discussed in staff meetings.
* Identify events requiring administrative review and forward these promptly to the appropriate Revenue Cycle Supervisor, Manager or Director.
* Review own work for accuracy and completeness prior to end of shift.
* Daily focus on attaining productivity standards, recommending new approaches for enhancing performance, and productivity when appropriate.
* Identify and alert a member of the management staff of any situation that may negatively impact the patient, department operations, public relations, or the hospital's integrity.
* Adhere to health information regulations including HIPAA.

**POSITION SUMMARY**
Reporting to the Deputy Director for the John Gardner Center, the Quantitative Research Associate collaborate with Gardner Center staff and community partners to design and carry out rigorous, actionable, and capacity building research that responds to the partner's needs and enables them to make research-informed decisions that advance their efforts to improve the lives of youth, families, and communities.
**CORE DUTIES:**
+ Develop and carry out research designs that utilize the most robust quantitative methods possible given project parameters (e.g., timeline, budget). This includes collecting, securing, cleaning, verifying, documenting, coding, and analyzing data using a variety of methods.
+ Ensure quantitative and qualitative dimensions of a study are seamlessly integrated from initial design through final reporting.
+ Meet with partners on an ongoing basis to review research activities, interim findings, and evolving analyses.
+ Communicate research findings to a variety of interested, invested, and impacted parties, including academic and community audiences. This may include writing and presenting interim research updates, non-technical research summaries, and peer-reviewed studies for leading peer-reviewed journals.
+ Participate actively as a collaborative member of the Gardner Center team, contributing to a vibrant, generative community dedicated to community engaged scholarship in the service of ensuring the wellbeing of our most vulnerable youth, families, and communities.
