Baker / Cook Requirements:
- Ability to effectively communicate
- Ability to manage others
- Previous restaurant experience
- Ability to speak and read English fluently
- Dunkin Donuts/Coffee shop/QSR experience a plus
Responsibilities:
- Managing Back of House team members
- Assuring food quality and execution
- Managing and maintaining back kitchen cleanliness
