Conduct thorough room and facility searches to ensure the clients' safety at all times. Transports clients to offsite appointments as assigned and maintain a safe driving record. Collects, prepares, schedules FedEx pickup, and documents UA POC results in EMR. Provides client's their approved belongings during designated leisure time periods. Assists clients with activities of daily living, including cleaning, putting belongings away, folding laundry, clean up after meals, etc. Complete other house chores as assigned.
