Help job seekers learn about working at Santander Bank
The DE she is destroying the bank that many employees worked so hard to make such a popular bank at one time. She makes it a point to push out long time employees that threaten her looking superior. She only care about herself climbing the ladder. Takes credit for people’s successes. I watched her take a group of highly motivated employees and bring moral down to the point that everyone leaves only to see them reconnect at other banks and all succeed again. A plus for all their competitive banks.
