Kristina Carbonneau is a Chief of Staff to the CEO at Santander Consumer USA and is based in Dallas, Texas. She has worked as Analyst, Capital Markets at Santander Consumer USA; Manager, Investor Relations at Santander Consumer USA; and Executive Business Analyst at Santander Consumer USA. Kristina attended Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business between 2006 and 2009.

Fahmi Karam was named Chief Financial Officer in September 2019 in addition to his position as Head of Pricing and Analytics, a role he has served since May of 2018. He joined SC as Executive Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Development in September 2015 overseeing financial planning and analysis, asset acquisition/sales and other strategic initiatives. Prior to SC, Mr. Karam was at JP Morgan Investment Bank for 12 years, where he ended serving as an Executive Director. Prior to JP Morgan, Mr. Karam served as a Senior Associate at Deloitte Audit Assurance Services for two years. Mr. Karam received his Bachelor’s and Master’s of Accounting from Baylor University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Christopher Pfirrman is a Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Santander Consumer USA and is based in Dallas/Fort Worth Area. He has worked as Counsel at Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP and Deputy General Counsel at Santander Bank, N. A.. Christopher works or has worked as MEMBER at Massachusetts and Connecticut bars. He studied at Fairfield University and COLLEGE OF WILLIAM & MARY.

Donald Smith is a Chief Technology Officer at Santander Consumer USA.

Joshua Baer has served as the Chief Risk Officer since March 2018, joining from SHUSA, where he served as Head of Operations and Risk Strategy since May 2017. Prior to SHUSA, Mr. Baer worked at Capital One for 13 years, most recently as the Head of Consumer Credit Risk Analytics since 2010. Mr. Baer holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from James Madison University and a master’s degree in business administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Mahesh Aditya was named President and CEO of Santander Consumer in December 2019. He joined Santander in March 2017 as US Chief Operating Officer and was named US Chief Risk Officer in May 2018. He currently serves on the Boards of Santander Consumer and Banco Santander Puerto Rico. Prior to joining Santander he was the Chief Risk Officer and a Member of the Operating Committee for Visa Inc.

Mahesh started his career with Citibank in 1990 in Risk Management and Operations in India. He then helped start Citibank’s Credit Card and Retail Banking business in Egypt. He was subsequently based in Madrid as Chief Risk Officer of Citibank Iberia and later in New York as CRO for Citibank North America. Mahesh left Citibank after 17 years and joined JPMorgan Chase as Chief Risk Officer of Retail Banking and later served as CRO Mortgage Banking. Between 2009 and 2011 he worked at Capital One as Head of Risk for Mortgage and Business Banking.

Served as Chief Technology Officer for Wells Fargo Consumer Lending Group. Managing a number of business including, Indirect Auto, Direct Auto, All Servicing, All Collection systems, Education Finance, Personal Lending and Reliable Financial Services in Puerto Rico. In my current role, I am responsible for supporting the technology initiatives for mission-critical and other technology solutions. I am responsible for IT strategy and alignment with business long term vision.

I champion IT as a value-added business for businesses I support. I am responsible for leading and managing a complex Information Technology portfolio of people, infrastructure, systems, processes, and projects that support the strategic and tactical needs of the company. Working with enterprise groups, I look to identify opportunities, solutions and deliver measurable returns to the business.

Prior to joining Wells Fargo in 2002, I had nearly eight years of experience in executive level management in technology development, architecture and eCommerce. After spending seven years at Ingram Micro as Chief Architect and Sr. Vice President of Core Development, I joined PurchasePro where I served as Sr. Vice President of IT and acting CIO for two years.
