About the Role
As an Senior Implementation Consultant at Fieldguide, you will be an integral member of our go‑to‑market team, working directly with our Customer Success and greater Go‑To‑Market teams to make significant impacts on our customer's adoption of our platform.
Reporting into our Head of Solutions, you will provide new Fieldguide customers with seamless onboarding experiences built to maximize our customers' return on investment quickly. Our unique onboarding program, Fieldguide Accelerator, is designed to be best‑in‑class and prioritize quick time to value. You will be responsible for delivering this program to new Fieldguide customers.
What You'll Do
Build trust with customers. Maintain regular engagement cadences with customers through all phases of their implementation, from sales handoff to value realization.
Guide growth. Create a plan that outlines the customer's goals with implementing Fieldguide and activities needed to meet those goals. Maintain regular reviews during their onboarding process to track progress and adapt plans where necessary.
Build champions. Cultivate customer champions and grow their Fieldguide knowledge.
Advocate for the customer. Be the link between the customer and Fieldguide's Engineering, Product, Design; Customer Enablement; Sales; and other cross‑functional teams. Be aware of and communicate customer needs internally to help shape the product roadmap, internal processes, and future onboarding iterations.
Mitigate risks. Be proactive in identifying success risks and develop decisive action plans to mitigate them.
Measure and document progress. Document the value Fieldguide provides to our customers by detailing customer case studies, new use cases and success metrics. Track customer progress against their adoption map, and be able to plot customer value realization over time.
About You
Deep industry knowledge and at least 2+ years of experience in financial audit or assurance is a must.
Hands‑on experience with 3+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, implementation, or similar, at a top management consulting firm (preferred) or high‑growth startup. Strong consulting skills helping complex organizations succeed, with proven results driving business value for customers as their trusted advisor.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - 95,000 commensurate with experience. All positions are currently eligible for annual profit award or bonus, subject to Company results.

The Publishing Operations team is seeking a Business Analyst. This role will be responsible for the ongoing support and maintenance of the Penguin Random House SAP system, which supports core operational processes used by Penguin Random House employees and distribution clients. The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with Managing Editorial, Production, Inventory, Marketing, Publicity, Design, Sales, IT, and other internal departments to ensure system accuracy, stability, and effective day-to-day operations.
The role will include requirements gathering, data analysis, user support, documentation and some training. The analyst will be part of the 10-member Publishing Operations Systems team, a group that supports the PRH SAP MM/PP/PS modules. This is a great opportunity for someone with SAP consulting experience who enjoys complex problem solving. This is a business analyst position and does not require coding experience.
**Specific responsibilities include: **
+ Troubleshoot system issues with the user community and IT; these issues include tracking down data problems on individual titles, mass data updates, and system configuration among others; triage and escalate appropriately
+ Use database tools to pull large data sets and use the analysis of that data to identify issues and solutions for individual divisions or the company as a whole
+ Promote knowledge transfer within and beyond the team by documenting issues and processes and communicating best practices to users
+ Manage data maintenance in SAP as needed
+ Translate technical problems and solutions into business language to facilitate decision making
+ Document business requirements and create functional specification documents
+ Collaborate with developers to translate functional specs into technical specifications
+ Create test cases and execute test system enhancements
+ Work collaboratively on projects toward common goals, but also take ownership of projects from end-to-end
+ Analyze problems, propose solutions and recommend prioritization
**Please apply if you meet the following qualifications: **
+ 3 - 5 years of SAP analyst experience required
+ SAP MM/PP/PS is a plus
+ Ability to understand ABAP code a plus
+ Analytical, data-driven approach; logical thinker with ability to articulate meaningful conclusions found in the data
+ Strong communication and customer service skills with ability to assess "wants" vs. "needs" and translate what is at the heart of user requirements
+ Proven ability to translate business challenges into system solutions
+ Advanced Excel / Access Macros writing experience a plus
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Primary Responsibilities
* Gather requirements from end users, facilitate business process discussions, and participate in solution design, documentation, configuration, testing, and end user support.
* Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for processes, policies, and procedures through statistical analysis. Continually look for ways to drive SAP accounting best practices.
* Work as a liaison and subject matter expert between SAP and business owners for quarterly system updates, root cause analysis, and solution recommendations.
* Analyze business cases to measure adherence to standardized practices and data governance standards.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field, along with 2 plus years of experience is required.
* Working knowledge of SAP Employee Central Payroll strongly preferred.
* Knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central preferred.
* Strong communication, computer and organizational skills are necessary.
* Minimal travel required.
Remote Work: Crown offers hybrid remote work for this position. A reasonable commute is necessary as some onsite work is required. Relocation assistance is available.
