What you'll build
The SAP Product Management Expert in International Trade Management will focus on enhancing SAP Global Trade Services product by gathering requirements and closely collaborating with various stakeholders. This position involves working hand-in-hand with customers, user groups, partners, and customs authorities to ensure comprehensive integration and alignment of business needs with SAP's product offerings.
The successful candidate will also provide thought leadership by presenting at industry events, customer meetings, and partner workshops.

What You Bring
Essential Qualifications:
* Over 8-10 years of IT experience in a business analyst, product manager, or similar role.
* Proven ability to analyze and specify US customs and trade compliance requirements.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in international projects and with customs authorities
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in related area.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience as a Customs Manager/Broker, Trade Compliance Specialist, Export/Import Specialist, or similar roles.
* US Customs Licensed Broker certification from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP).
* Experience with SAP software in international trade, logistics, or sales and distribution.

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
* SAP's Export Control Innovation Team drives forward‑looking solutions to ensure SAP's compliance with global export control and sanctions laws. We anticipate and address emerging risks by combining deep regulatory expertise with advanced data analytics and innovative technologies, including AI.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASK
We are seeking an Export Control Expert to help drive the team's goals and serve as a key catalyst for strategic innovation projects.
In this high‑impact role, you will creatively apply expert knowledge of export control and sanctions laws and business processes to design and improve tools and workflows in an agile and rapidly evolving risk environment. You will leverage data to identify emerging compliance risks, generate actionable insights, and collaborate across SAP (including Office of Ethics & Compliance, IT, and Security) to strengthen controls and enable business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
* Develop and implement export control and sanctions compliance tools and processes across SAP
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement of export control and sanctions compliance systems and controls
* Enhance KYC procedures and proactively monitor data trends and anomalies
* Support early detection, escalation, and incident handling for emerging risks
* Apply data and predictive analytics to anticipate export control and sanctions compliance challenges
* Support IT implementations and enhancements to export control and sanctions tooling
* Foster strong cross‑functional relationships and strengthen SAP's global export control and sanctions compliance community
* Lead and support enablement, communication, and training activities
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Education and Qualification
* University degree; additional technical credentials (data analytics, IT systems, computer science, statistics) are a strong plus.
* Fluent written and spoken English; other languages are an advantage.
Required skills
* Rich expertise in export control and sanctions regulations (e.g., OFAC, EAR) with a strong learning mindset. Deep understanding of related business processes.
* Proven project management experience.
* Experience analyzing multi‑source export control and sanctions compliance-relevant data to detect trends and risks. Experience conducting root cause analysis.

The Global Client Manager (GCM) is responsible for generating new revenue from the sale of high bandwidth IP transit services together with associated value-added services, to ISPs and Internet-centric companies, both domestically and internationally. This role focuses on transactional acquisition of new logos and requires significant analysis of technical and commercial terms. In addition, the GCM may be assigned existing customers, where the GCM is responsible for managing all aspects of account needs. Within assigned accounts the GCM will have a focus of driving incremental new revenue, while providing the highest level of customer satisfaction with close coordination and effort with the broader GIN eco-system. The GCM will be responsible for leading the strategy and success of the customer's overall engagement with GIN, closely coordinating all activities with other functional teams within GIN.
In this role you will:
* Generate incremental new sales consistent with monthly targets
* Prepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially sound
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business executives and other stakeholders in prospect and customer organizations
* Development of close working relationships with NTT international affiliate companies
* Work closely with Sales Engineering, Customer Solutions, Order Management, Operations, and other key eco-system team members to drive successful and meaningful customer experience with GIN
* Development of a sales plan consistent with department objectives

The Qualtrics Federal sales team is a group of highly driven individuals dedicated to closing experience gaps across U.S. Federal organizations. Responsibilites/Duties:
* Prepare and maintain project schedules.
* Manage resources, activities, and deliverables across internal functions and external contractors.
* Provide consistent progress reporting to stakeholders and participate in client reviews.
* Work with key stakeholders to develop the project scope of works and/or design
* Review method statements and risk assessments for Health & Safety and Business Continuity.
* Produce and maintain project documentation.
* Manage and supervise contractors on site as required
* Define and manage key project objectives.
* Ensure necessary resources are in place and manage issues, risks, and changes.
* Manage projects within budgets and report costs.
* Demonstrate a fair quoting/tendering process has been conducted to ensure NTT obtains value for money and satisfies all Procurement policy requirements
* Conduct site reviews to inform project governance.
* Secure resources from internal and external providers.
* Prepare and update business cases.
* Track and realize business benefits of projects.
* Manage stakeholder influence and interests.
* Integrate project outputs into business-as-usual.
* Plan and control project finances.
* Maintain a resource schedule to avoid bottlenecks.
* Help develop frameworks for effective project management.

Key Performance Indicators
* Work with the Regional Manager, In-Life Projects - to define and implement a set of project and asset management key performance indicators (KPI) that are measurable and demonstrates how effectively the In-life Project Delivery and Tech-Ops teams are performing against their objectives
Reporting
* Provides regular Project Delivery performance updates
* Provide regular reporting on performance against project delivery and asset management KPIs and schedule regular face to face meetings with the regional team to address any KPI related issues and concerns. After these meetings, they will provide a regular update to the In-Life Projects Team Lead on any concern relating to asset management KPI performance
* Provide support and guidance on how to rectify and improve any reported non-conformance or performance issue identified

* They will develop realistic plans, set goals, align plans with objectives and coordinates with others team members

* They will have the ability to breaks down problems into smaller components, understands underlying issues, can simplify and process complex issues, understands the difference between critical details and unimportant facts appropriate and escalate when required with strong input and guidance around options / recommendations

Requirements:
* Experience of working within a large multinational company with significant regional operations

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Base salary for this position is $102,600 - $128,200.
All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Reports to the Director of Americas Region for Global Solutions & Sales Engineering and works closely with NTT Data GDC Sales Representatives and Client Success Managers to develop a thorough understanding of Enterprise and Retail customers' technical requirements.
* Executes the technical solutioning of Enterprise and Retail client requirements in alignment with NTT Data GDC company goals and objectives.
* Gathers client technical requirements and collaborates with other NTT Data GDC teams including Sales, Client Success, Integration/Deployment Services, Design Management, and Construction to oversee the development, design, and delivery of complex electrical and mechanical solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
* Participates/Leads the preparation of the technical response package for client requests and communicates solutions back to the client in a timely manner.
* Drives innovation within the Global Solutions & Sales Engineering team, staying up-to-date with the latest Data Center industry trends and technologies.
* Works closely with the overall Global Product & Sales Strategy team and consults/assists in capacity and space planning with Space/Capacity Management teams.
* Works with the Fit-out teams to implement solutions in existing spaces.
* Demonstrates proficient understanding of mechanical and electrical data center design concepts and differentiators (liquid cooling, maintainable fault tolerant power, security redundancy, etc.).
* Supports NTT Data GDC Legal teams in contract and lease reviews, ensuring terms align with both the customer's and NTT Data GDC requirements.
* Works closely with NTT Sales Representatives, Product Management, SMEs, design, construction, operations, legal, and customer support teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions and successful project delivery.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
* Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
* Able to mark-up electrical and mechanical single lines, as well as floor plan layouts of equipment and systems in AutoCAD, Bluebeam or other drafting software.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

* Relevant tenured (5+ year) experience or other industry certifications will be considered in lieu of degree.
* Previous relevant experience in a similar technical role including pre-sales support, operations, design consulting, construction
