One of the key deployment options for our customers is a Private Cloud environment. SAP provides comprehensive cloud infrastructure and managed service offerings for the private cloud and therefore acts as an essential part of the overall Cloud Strategy of SAP.
As part of SAP's Customer Success organization, we are looking for highly motivated and customer-focused team members to strengthen the Cloud Architecture & Advisory team (CAA). The Cloud Architect Expert acts as a primary point of contact for all technical topics from a customer perspective and works closely with all the other internal teams.
What You'll Do
This is a customer-facing role focused on Strategic Customers where you will support broader virtual account teams during the entire sales cycle of a Cloud deal. The following are the key tasks that this role will perform:
Present RISE Private Cloud offering, technical details, and engagement model to internal and external stakeholders.
Build customer-specific cloud roadmaps to support cloud adoption and Business Transformations
Gather as-is technical requirements and map them to to-be Enterprise cloud architecture
Assess customer security and network requirements to make sure the SAP security architecture framework can meet customer requirements
Work with SAP delivery and engineering teams to address customer-specific requirements
Present the value proposition for SAP private cloud on Hyperscale clouds like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Conduct Technical Assessment workshops with customers to define the future Cloud architecture and support the migration roadmap together with partners, System Integrators, and or SAP Professional Services
Guide customers on all technical aspects like Business Continuity, Security & Compliance, Networks, etc
Own the technical discussions with the customer and act as the orchestrator of experts to obtain expertise from the SAP delivery organization as required
Act as Trusted Advisor to VAT and assigned customers on all technical aspects of SAP RISE
What You Bring
High proficiency in customer communications and presentations is required
High proficiency in the SAP product portfolio, offerings, and industry solutions
Good understanding of SAP solutions (releases, platform interdependencies, etc.)
Good understanding of operational aspects (Application or Technical) of SAP solutions in a cloud environment.
Good understanding of capabilities of at least one Hyperscale Clouds (AWS; MS Azure or GCP)
Ability and willingness to be part of a global team of Cloud Architects
Willingness to undertake customer-related travel on short notice
Fluency in English is a MUST, any other language is an asset
2+ years of customer-facing pre-sales and cloud architecture role is an advantage
8+ years of customer-facing SAP Technical Consulting experience
8+ years of solution design, enterprise architecture, and or SAP implementation
SAP NetWeaver, OS/DB migration, SAP HANA, TOGAF certifications are a plus
Experience and certifications with IaaS Providers (AWS, MS Azure, or GCP) are a big advantage
SAP HANA and S/4 HANA skills would be very helpful but not mandatory
Cloud security including Cyber Security, Encryption, and key management knowledge is preferred

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Engineering Director to lead our IT Infrastructure and Operations team. This role is crucial in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our IT systems and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex IT environments. This includes a focus on modern infrastructure, automation, and user experience.

**Things You'll Do**
+ Define and implement strategies for managing and securing a diverse fleet of endpoints, including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices, with a focus on Apple devices.
+ Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of endpoint management tools and systems.
+ Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure corporate network infrastructure across multiple locations.
+ Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and optimal throughput.
+ Lead the selection, implementation, and management of collaboration platforms (e.g., video conferencing, messaging, document sharing).
+ Stay informed on emerging collaboration technologies and recommend strategic adoption.
+ Develop and implement automated processes and tooling for employee onboarding and offboarding, focusing on efficient Service Request fulfillment and access provisioning.
+ Oversee the operations of the global IT Service Desk, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user issues in alignment with Incident and Service Request Management processes.
+ Lead the Problem Management process to identify and address the root causes of recurring incidents, preventing future disruptions.
+ Direct the Change Enablement process to ensure changes to our IT environment are planned, tested, and implemented with minimal risk and disruption.
+ Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for service desk efficiency and customer satisfaction.
**What We're Looking For On Your Resume**
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
+ Proven experience in managing and scaling IT systems in a fast-growing, global environment.
+ Extensive experience with the ITIL framework and its practical application to drive operational excellence and service maturity.
+ Strong understanding of modern IT infrastructure concepts, including automation, virtualization, and AI tools.
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
+ Experience in a Mac-focused environment.
+ Experience with ServiceNow, Jamf, Oomnitza, and the Google productivity suite are all pluses.

Our Princiapl ServiceNow Business Analyst (BA) SME HRSD plays a critical role in bridging business needs with technical capabilities on the ServiceNow platform specific to HRSD. This client-facing role involves gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, translating business logic into technical specifications, and supporting the implementation of ServiceNow solutions within the HRSD ServiceNow module.

Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Analysis Lead workshops to collect and document business and technical requirements in the HRSD module area.
Translate complex technical specifications into business logic and vice versa.
Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate HRSD ServiceNow capabilities and enhancements.
Documentation & Communication Create user stories, process guides, end-user documentation, and playbooks.
Document enhancement requests and technical specifications related to the HRSD module.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding status updates and feasibility assessments.
Platform Expertise & Collaboration Maintain deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules including IT Workflows, CRM Workflows, HRSD, Security & Risk, AI, etc. Partner with ServiceNow architects, developers and provisioning analysts to ensure alignment of business and technical objectives.
Support UAT sessions and training for various client personas.
Agile & Delivery Support Write user stories to be configured by technical developers.
Work within Agile frameworks to support sprint planning and execution.
Proactively identify risks, issues, and blockers and communicate through appropriate channels.
Ensure deliverables are complete, consistent, and aligned with customer expectations.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Specialist in ServiceNow environments including HRSD module.
ITIL Foundation Certification (v4). Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Agile lifecycle and tools like ServiceNow Docs and NowCreate.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with multiple ServiceNow applications (e.g., ITSM, HRSD, CSM, GRC) is ideal but specifically HRSD.
Familiarity with Common Services Data Model and Strategic Portfolio Management.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Key Competencies
Business process reengineering technical and functional documentation for Stakeholder engagement. Agile delivery and sprint planning skills. ServiceNow platform knowledge and workshop facilitation and training experience.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $125,000 to $150,000 Base Pay US Dollars.
