Job Requirements Mandatory * Four (4) year Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited University in the field of Business, Law, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering with eight (8) years of C4IT systems engineering experience, or master's degree in science, Engineering, Technology, or Mathematics with six (6) years of C4IT system engineering experience. * Must have over five (5) years of leadership experience managing at least one person in the related work field. * Current or prior certification from NAVSEA in 2M MTR with Gold Disk developer at a minimum and be able to recertify IAW with Navy/CG 2MMTR standards. * Must have an MTR Technician (MTR) Certification or have held a previous certification and be able to recertify via 2M/MTR inspector. * Pinpoint certified or must become certified within six months after award of this task order. * Must be a certified MTR Gold Disk developer via school at NUWC Det Norfolk and maintain certification requirements. * Possess a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft SharePoint and CG Portal to include the generation of required pages, processes and gather metrics for directed dashboards and information dissemination. * Must be well versed EEPROM capture, decoding and managing file databases associated with programming. * Possess a valid driver's license. * Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment background check and pre-hire drug test. * A Secret clearance is required. GENERAL DESCRIPTION A Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Subject Matter Expert (SME) serves as a key representative of PLEXSYS, supporting both internal and external customers in the operation of PLEXSYS M&S software products and systems. This senior-level role requires all-domain expertise and a strong background in applying M&S in support of training and mission planning.
