Summary:

What you'll do:
The Territory Ecosystem Manager (TEM) owns the quota on a territory and is responsible for driving associated pipeline and revenue (including post sales success revenue) through partners. The TEM is responsible for managing the sales cycle with multiple resellers in the Partner-Driven engagement motion. The TEM coordinates all activities with the partners to ensure successful closing of opportunities. This is done mainly via coaching of the partners' sales teams. Only when specifically requested by the customer or partner, the TEM is engaged in selling activities with the end customer. The TEM role focuses on the following key areas:

The Delivery Architect is the execution and technology leader responsible for converting the Solution Architect's blueprint into a buildable, operational design and leading the technical delivery team through implementation, testing, and go-live.

* Lead through expertise and influence rather than formal power. This includes guiding technical decisions, resolving conflicts between source and target system requirements, and driving consensus on transformation approaches. Orchestrate the end-to-end solution to the customer as per SOW and manage all the prerequisites, execution, alignments needed for successful delivery including additional activities ownership and support as needed.
* DMLT Accelerators & Technology
* Accelerators Strategy: Define and implement the optimal set of accelerators and methodologies for the DMLT engagement (e.g., SAP SLO Accelerators, SAP LT, , SAP BODS/CPI, ABAP development) to ensure efficient and compliant execution.
* BDC Implementation: Oversee the technical implementation and integration of SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) components (or successor technologies) for data preparation, quality, and consumption within the DMLT lifecycle.
* Cut-over and Go-Live: Plan and lead the technical cut-over strategy, including Downtime optimization methodology and post-go-live hyper-care.
* Stakeholder Management
* Serve as the primary technical liaison with the customer's IT/Basis teams, hosting partners, and other non-SAP system owners to ensure smooth integration and successful landscape transformation.
* Manage technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, escalating architecture deviations to the Solution Architect.
* Deliver weekly written status updates and host bi-weekly meetings with internal and external stakeholders
* Lead weekly status check-ins with the team, achieving at least 80% alignment on team objectives

As the Solution Advisor Expert (SA), you will be the go-to person for any solution or product questions within the sales team. You will leverage your deep expertise in specific solutions to support the entire sales cycle, from identifying opportunities to post-sale customer support. Additionally, you will assist customers in expanding their current SAP footprint to maximize value for their organization.
The role requires a minimum of 12 years of professional experience in enterprise software/IT, including substantial customer-facing presales or solution-architecture leadership on platform and PaaS initiatives.
+ Serve as the principal technical and solution authority for strategic accounts and complex opportunities across the sales cycle (qualification → design → close → handover → expansion).
+ Own end-to-end solution articulation for SAP BTP: architecture patterns, integration strategies (S/4HANA, third-party systems), extension frameworks, automation, and AI-driven use cases.
+ Lead and drive high-impact customer engagements: executive briefings, technical workshops, architecture reviews, RFP responses, customized demos, and multi-stakeholder proofs-of-concept.
+ Provide deep solution-specific expertise to support new sales and adoption for key customers
+ Provide both standard and customized/personalized solution demonstrations that bring SAP solutions to life and show customers the value of SAP.
+ Support the Account Team by delivering solution presentations and events to identify and qualify new opportunities and drive adoption and consumption of SAP solutions
+ Evaluate account qualification criteria to determine further investment in pursuing opportunities
+ Establish yourself as a thought leader within the account team and fine-tune account strategy
+ Collaborate with the team in creating overall themes and competitive differentiation
+ Conduct vigorous dry runs on strategic deals and customer engagements
+ Transition engagement to the implementation partner/ Services teams effectively
+ Engage with customers to continue selling the vision of SAP solutions and ensure eagerness for renewal
+ Leverage digital assets throughout the customer engagement, including demos, presentations, and other content
**What you bring:**
+ 12 years of professional work experience with large software/IT organizations, preferably in a solution and/or architecture advisory role
+ 4 years of relevant SAP BTP and/or Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) experience in a customer-facing role, with a specific focus on cloud data warehousing solutions
+ Expertise with Business Data Cloud (BDC) and related components (Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake)
+ Functional knowledge of S/4HANA applications and/or optimization of business processes that leverage SAP BDC is desired
+ Strong understanding of modern data architecture industry trends and proven ability to present to all levels in a customer's organization
+ Strong understanding of modern data architecture industry leaders and competitive differentiators

The Delivery Architect is the **execution and technology leader** responsible for converting the Solution Architect's blueprint into a buildable, operational design and leading the technical delivery team through implementation, testing, and go-live.

1. **Technical Design & Execution Leadership**

+ **Accelerators Strategy** : Define and implement the optimal set of accelerators and methodologies for the DMLT engagement (e.g., SAP SLO Accelerators, SAP LT, , SAP BODS/CPI, ABAP development) to ensure efficient and compliant execution.
+ **BDC Implementation** : Oversee the technical implementation and integration of **SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC)** components (or successor technologies) for data preparation, quality, and consumption within the DMLT lifecycle.
+ **Cut-over and Go-Live** : Plan and lead the technical cut-over strategy, including Downtime optimization methodology and post-go-live hyper-care.
