Candidates in this role will respond to cybersecurity incidents escalated from various technical sources which includes analyzing complex security events and attacks targeting company and customer systems, data and applications. They will be skilled at working in high pressure situations and preforming additional critical tasks such as determining attack cause and remediation actions will be used to minimize impact of incident, through the use of both documented procedures as well as industry best practices and creative resolutions. Ideal candidates should be a creative problem solver and quick learner able to adapt quickly to the quickly evolving cybersecurity attack landscape. The candidate should be experienced in the areas of networking, client/server technologies, and knowledge of analyzing log files as well as working knowledge of application security methods with a focus on Data Protection and Privacy. Candidates in this role may also be required to follow the incident response plan and assist other SOC Incident Response Investigators when necessary as well as helping design and plan improvements and solutions to better protect and respond to future attacks. As a Marketing Execution Specialist on the Global Sponsorship team, it will be your responsibility to own and manage our ticket distribution process and platform. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and serve as the primary POC for all things GETS (ticketing platform) as well as supporting NA CS teams to drive utilization of our partner assets. Job Description This Cyber Security Incident Response Investigator role is for a critical part of the growing Security Response team. Candidates in this role will respond to cybersecurity incidents escalated from various technical sources which includes analyzing complex security events and attacks targeting company and customer systems, data and applications.
